I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

Good place to stay. Friendly front office. Helping out in any issues. The local area is convenient, with good transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby. It feels safe and well-connected. However, it can get a bit noisy at times, especially on weekends.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I want to thank RAD for promptly resolving the issue I raised. He was already familiar with the situation, quickly identified the cause, and took immediate action to resolve it. I appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness—great service!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a nice range of shops, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance. There are also a few open green spaces nearby, which are great for a walk or some fresh air. Transport links are generally good, with buses and train stations not too far off, making commuting fairly easy. The street is quiet for the most part, though parking can be a bit tricky at times. Bin collections are regular and there’s minimal noise or anti-social behaviour, which adds to the peace of the neighbourhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally. They’re polite, helpful and make sure issues are resolved without delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there haven’t been any major surprises. Everything has been smooth so far. If anything, I wish I had known how responsive and helpful the management team would be, it would’ve made the decision to move in even easier. A small tip for new neighbours, it’s worth getting to know the team early on, as they’re genuinely supportive and make the living experience really pleasant.

The area has a great range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. There are also lovely open spaces nearby, perfect for walks or relaxing. Transport links are very convenient with bus stops close by and the high street easily accessible. Bin collections are regular and reliable. Traffic noise is minimal, and the street is generally quiet with no issues of anti-social behaviour. Parking is usually available and not too competitive. Overall, it’s a good and peaceful place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues raised. Sorin, in particular, has been outstanding—always approachable and professional. His excellent efforts in resolving our concerns promptly have made a big difference and added to the comfort of living here.

I wanted to shift in 1bhk but due to unavailability I have to select studio

Very close to high street is ofcourse a convenience for day to day needs and transports especially if we have to rely on public transport.Parks are also very nearby which is good for kids in summer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance and repair is very prompt. Sorin and Karim came to the flat immediately after knowing the heating problem. They not only fixed the problem next day , but also have explained what might have been the issue which was enlightening.

That electricity bill rate is higher in Kent court
