I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

The complex is conveniently located within 5 minutes from the tube and right next to the central bus station. We are surrounded by convenience stores, 2 supermarkets and plenty of takeaways. The area feels safe and vibrant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had an issue with our dishwasher. It was very easy to log and track the maintenance request on our portal. When Rad attended he rectified the problem in minutes, clearly explaining what happened and what we can do in future to mitigate the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is very well advertised! What you see is what you get, a clean, modern and safe place to live.

Rad, was helpfull from maintenance team and sorted the issue. And even mentioned to follow up in a weeks time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are on the market to help the tenants.Doing a great job.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think everything was explained nicely before move in, we moved into a brand new apartment and been here for a while and would continue our tenancy.

The good aspect of living in this area is the good transportation links. The bad aspect of living in the area is lack of variety when it comes to local restaurants. It’s pretty much all the same. Also, parking can be quite expensive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff are friendly and supportive. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to after a recent experience. I reported an issue with my washing machine, and it was quickly fixed. Thank you so much Rad.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the area and the issues with drain flies.

Although living close to the high streets have some downsides but there are more positive ones than critical, garbage collection is timely, privet parking available with 24hrs security

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes ofcourse they are very responsive, living here for almost 4 years without much of issues…each time any concerns raised they try to fix immediately as they have very competent maintenance team..

We moved in after having verified everything and they stood true to their promise
