I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a great range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. There are also lovely open spaces nearby, perfect for walks or relaxing. Transport links are very convenient with bus stops close by and the high street easily accessible. Bin collections are regular and reliable. Traffic noise is minimal, and the street is generally quiet with no issues of anti-social behaviour. Parking is usually available and not too competitive. Overall, it’s a good and peaceful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues raised. Sorin, in particular, has been outstanding—always approachable and professional. His excellent efforts in resolving our concerns promptly have made a big difference and added to the comfort of living here.

I wanted to shift in 1bhk but due to unavailability I have to select studio

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to high street is ofcourse a convenience for day to day needs and transports especially if we have to rely on public transport.Parks are also very nearby which is good for kids in summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance and repair is very prompt. Sorin and Karim came to the flat immediately after knowing the heating problem. They not only fixed the problem next day , but also have explained what might have been the issue which was enlightening.

That electricity bill rate is higher in Kent court

Living in this community has been a wonderful experience. The amenities, such as the gym, play area for kids, and walk spaces, make daily life both convenient and enjoyable. What stands out the most is the calm and tranquil atmosphere of the community, offering a sense of peace and quiet that's perfect for those who appreciate a slower pace. With these features, the community feels like a perfect fit, offering both comfort and ease without the need for any additional distractions. Whether it's enjoying the outdoors or simply relaxing in a quiet space, this community is an ideal place to live.

Yes, like very quickly respondedand they have been resolved within no time.

Nothing as such. They have put up everything clearly on their website.

There are range of different shops from different cultures, so people have many options to pick from.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond quickly to each enquiry! Again, thanks to Rad and the amazing team for always making sure everything works properly.

Theres nothing really I want to comment, this is my first time renting, so I kinda wish I knew everything I know now!
