Everything is accessible, I’m not bothered w/ the traffic noise. Everything is just great with a friendly receptionist and neighborhood .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they do responded immediately. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Rad who did some maintenance work in our Flat. He did a really good job and double checking everything if it does work before he leaves. He works with quality,thank you for assisting us.

No bad insights , we are literally enjoying our stay here.

I’ve had a good experience living in Charter Place so far. The service and management are helpful and responsive. I recently had an issue in my apartment, and the maintenance team, especially Massage and Sorin, were quick to fix the problem—very professional and efficient. The local area has a decent range of shops and open spaces nearby, which is convenient. Public transport links are generally reliable, though buses can sometimes be delayed. The street is usually quiet, bin collections are regular, and there’s minimal traffic noise. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responds quickly and resolves issues efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly maintenance issues are handled—it's much faster than I expected. Also, knowing the bin collection days and local transport options helped me settle in more smoothly.

The complex is conveniently located within 5 minutes from the tube and right next to the central bus station. We are surrounded by convenience stores, 2 supermarkets and plenty of takeaways. The area feels safe and vibrant.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we had an issue with our dishwasher. It was very easy to log and track the maintenance request on our portal. When Rad attended he rectified the problem in minutes, clearly explaining what happened and what we can do in future to mitigate the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The place is very well advertised! What you see is what you get, a clean, modern and safe place to live.

Great location with local shops, restaurants, high street and tube station. All within a couple of mins walk.

Alice & Sonia have been very supportive and helpful. Always a pleasure to talk to them.

Limited space and paid parking space. Water harder then other properties in Hounslow

Rad, was helpfull from maintenance team and sorted the issue. And even mentioned to follow up in a weeks time.

They are on the market to help the tenants.Doing a great job.

I think everything was explained nicely before move in, we moved into a brand new apartment and been here for a while and would continue our tenancy.
