The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve reported an issue. Recent maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. Rad and Valentina both provided excellent service, resolving the problems thoroughly and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve reported an issue. Recent maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. Rad and Valentina both provided excellent service, resolving the problems thoroughly and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. It’s reassuring to know that management takes resident concerns seriously and acts quickly to resolve them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the parking situation before moving in, as spaces can be limited at certain times. Other than that, everything about the area and development is great. There are many friendly communities around, and everything is conveniently located — shops, the Tube station, and bus stops are all nearby, making it a very comfortable and accessible place to live.

Loads of shops of all kinds. Several restaurants nearby too. Right next to Hounslow bus station and near Hounslow East Picadilly line station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy and quick in solving any issues. Valentine was very helpful

Great services. Very quick and efficient. Had a maintenance request recently served by Rad and Valentina. Both were very professional and did the task quickly.

Yes. They are quite responsive. Recently had some issues and they were handled promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s all good. The team is great specially all the maintenance staff Rad and Valentina and Karim all are good.

Recently we had an issue with the electric wiring which was completed efficiently by Rad, a team member of Charter Place

Would appreciate the garbage handling and dog litter handling responsibly

The apartment is very good , location and building both perfect. The view from my apartment looking at center London looks amazing . I can see the London eye fire crackers from. The window .

They are quickly resolved . The quality of the fix was also good.

I don’t think anything here I thought which would have been any difference if would have known previously .
