Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One positive aspect was the location of the apartment. It was well connected by public transport, close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it convenient for everyday life and commuting around London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No actions from the building management have been taken. To make matters worse, when I moved out they tried to charge me almost £500 for a bed that was already broken when I moved into that room.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property I rented was not as advertised. The listing photos were outdated and did not reflect the actual condition of the flat. For around 10 months, there were major leaks from the living room, bathroom, and bedroom ceilings. They were aware of the issues but never properly fixed them, and the situation only got worse over time. At one point, while I was sleeping, a large piece of the ceiling/wall (around 20 kg) collapsed just a few feet from my bed. It could have caused a very serious injury. Despite this, I never received any compensation or even a rent reduction for the months I lived in those conditions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's just a few minutes walk from the tube station that takes you to central in 20mins. It's really close to the river side and if you're a runner it's a nice and quite place for working out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I requested a remote control to park my bike in the underground parking and after a few months of emails and call I had to give up and I never hear anything from them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't imagine the firefighter will switch on the siren everytime the leave the station. Even when there is no one on the road! If you're a light sleeper might not be the best place for you.

Very spacious apartments. I'm in a two bed and we could both fit our work stations in our rooms.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area as close to the river. Tesco Express 2 minutes away and other local shops around. 10 minutes to the Jubilee line and the main Canary Wharf development. Traffic noise is a bit loud as quite close to a busy road. You get used to it and obviously less cars later at night. There's no concierge or mailbox but that means mail gets delivered directly to the door which is good and bad. Bad when there's no one around to receive important packages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't raised any issues to building management so far to be able to comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't realise the traffic noise will be quite as loud as we're not really on the main street. One to consider for any light sleepers.
