We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

This development has a good design. It is convenient as it has a lift. However the intercom does not function properly. The noice from the street is not disturbing. The apartment does not have a balcony.

This building is on the high street and has good transport links. Bus or underground into central London is less than 30 minutes. Great night life although it can get a bit noisy sometimes. Overall though, I love living here.

This development is nice but it can get very noisy at times as it's on the main high street. There is onsite parking around the back of the building and being so close to the shops and tube station is a bonus

Overall I like the area. It has great transport links and is close to the local park and shops. Most of the residents are nice people and easy to get along with but can be a bit noisy sometimes. Good area for younger people.

Building structure is quite average but a bit dull. Overall impression with the building is default looking, not much ‘wow factor’
