So it’s nice it’s a good neighbourhood no crime and the people are nice and I enjoy it I wish there was a gym close by though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they most definitely have I had an issue with my bell and it was resolved almost immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the living room wasn’t that spacious and the blinds don’t stop the sun from coming in they aren’t really useful

The property is close to transport as you can easily get to the train station and there is a bus stop infront of the property. Local shops are very close to the property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management are getting better, they just need to sort out how to manage stolen goods after delivery

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I’m aware that they steal a lot at the entrance when expecting a delivery

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is ideal, all shops are literally across street and the tube station is also just across the road. Only issue i would say is that some of the tenants are not ensuring that they keep the place clean! Specially in and around the bin room!! Although you can see the bins empty but some people just through their rubbish outside!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On some occasions they have been quick to respond but out of hours help (after 5pm) could be improved!

Rooms are really small but have Loads of storage place.

Harrow is a nice peaceful area with a lot of green space and public facilities. The particular location of the building is very close to public transport and lies in the catchment area of outstanding schools. Local amenities are within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rarely. The building management is unresponsive. Since acquisition by a new company, we cannot reach them fir any complaint.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were issues about cleanliness when we moved in. Have I known this we woukd have looked more carefully before moving in to have everything rectified.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are very nice restaurants around and shops where you could easily access groceries, bustop is directly opposite the building making it very easy to get on transport , the bin collection area is availability but some people decide not to use it and just dump their bin anyhow

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes , we had problem with bathroom light and it was resolved quickly

I made a lot of searches before i got the broad house and came in for viewing but for now i dnt have anything i wish i knew
