We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Good management who are always available to assist you. There is also secure access to the flat with 3 entrances. Concierge available at all times to collect parcels when you are at work. The design is amazing. Very modern building. Good view overlooking the river.

The view from the balcony is spectacular during the day and night. It can be quite noisy at the weekends when helicopters are flying in and out first thing in the morning. Living in Battersea is very quiet with an easy commute to work and lots of local restaurants nearby. Easy to get the train and bus to other areas of London

My flat is very spacious and a good value for what I'm getting. I like that the community is very connected and the neighbourhood is very safe. I don't like that there are not enough amenities local and the vent for the helipad can get really loud.

This development may look brand new but I feel there has been a few problems with the build quality of the building such as burst heating pipes. One positive note is the beautiful views of the river and the city skyline .

My flat is a good size and definitely worth the money, we have limited facilities but what we do have (concierge) are very good. I feel safe in my flat and have never had any issues with my safety. My favourite feature would have to be the balcony.
