The property is in a good location and close proximity to so many restaurants, transportation, shopping centres and sporting facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They management staff are proactive and very helpful.

The double glazing windows make the apartment warm and reduce noise from outside. This made it suitable for a good home working environment.

living in Bradstwe's house is peace of mind. the teamwork in the building is helpful and the maintenance is great. the place is quiet and safe, and every member of their office is keen to help and support with my needs. if I will go back to live in London I will choose this place. I recommend this place for any family with children because it is near to outstanding schools and shopping malls.

I wish I had known how to choose my energy and water company to choose the right one from the beginning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is no doubt this development is very convenient — easy access to facilities such as shops, supermarkets, theatre within walking distance. It is worth mentioning that roads and pedestrian pavements near this development are recently revamped providing us with better safety and aesthetics. One discrepancy in this area that seems unavoidable is the traffic noise (sirens of ambulance, police cars) since this development is situated at the road junction. As a whole, the friendliness of people and the cleanliness of environment make us enjoy living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management liaises well with tenants on issues such as boiler checking, door safety, window cleansing, construction works in the building. A recent example: fixing the problems of my cooking hobs and water tap. I am impressed by Szymon, once receiving my request, promptly arranging his colleague to my flat . Also, I appreciate Alex, an experienced maintenance staff, who diagnosed the problems and solved them immediately to my satisfaction. May I take this opportunity to thank you and Alex for your dedicated work in small matters like these.

A very convenient place. A development where people live in harmony. Friendly and helpful staff in the management office.

Great area. 3 minutes to the Metropolitan line. Met line has modern air-conditioned trains. Great for getting to the City. All amenities are on your doorstep, no exaggeration. Cinema, Banks, Morissons, Shopping malls, Dentist, etc. Very convenient location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team always responded to any issue I had. There's a resident portal to submit requests, but I'd rather drop into the management office to report anything and chat.

It can't be overstated how convenient the location is. Having moved now, I realise everything I needed was a 5-minute or less stroll away.

I recently moved out of Bradstowe House after more than eight wonderful years as a private tenant, having just bought my own home. Reflecting on my time there, I can confidently say that Bradstowe House offers an exceptional living experience. The location is unbeatable, with a wide array of shops, a cinema, pubs, gyms, parks, and restaurants all within close proximity. The convenience of having everything you need just a short walk away is truly unmatched. Additionally, the nearest station is only a five-minute walk from the building, providing excellent connectivity to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recall an instance when my bedroom door got jammed just hours before I was scheduled to leave for the airport. The maintenance person did not hesitate to break the door open to ensure I could get my bags out on time, and a new door was installed later at their cost.

There have been occasional issues with the lifts. Although mostly rectified in reasonable timescales.
