Good range, close to public transpor. Feels a sense of community and close to supermarkets, schools and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but at times not in a timely manner. Would be great to have more presence when needed.

That the front porch isnt a private land but is communal.

Location and size especially compared to similar properties

An excellent range of local, high street shops and stores also great public transportall in short walking distance.

Explore the Bolney Meadow area. So many hidden qualities.

What is the best feature of your home:

My flat.is like the Dotor Who tardis "appears small on the outside but ver spacious on the inside'.

Shops are close. Majority of neighbours are friendly. Traffic noise is minimal Bins are collected frequently

Some of the units have recurring black mould that has been a pain to eradicate

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is there is a lot of safe outddor space for my children

Very good for local transport and easy access outside of London. The area is reasonably good, and quiet when the community centre isnt blasting out music

Yes when they were forced to by pressure from the Housing Ombudsman

how leasehold laws and section 20 laws would change over time to the detriment of the leaseholder

the central location, good public transport quiet at the minute

Good amentiez nearby however many people who do not live in the development have been holding parties and leaving mess in the car park. Devalues the look of the estate.

That asb would not be dealt with immediately. From outside noise to inside noise, quiet enjoyment in your home is not guaranteed.

Balcony- good sunlight , private space for yourself.
