Good quiet most of the time peaceful vibes not many shops nearby co-op is the convenient store, much better now there is a train station & Uber boat. Very minimal visitor parking or residential now even worse with the new plans, no value for money in terms of rental or buying prices.

How poor the living conditions were L&q as a landlord🙈

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although it is well-developed, you could spot that some groups started to abuse it, one may smell the strange smoke in the air and find near the playgroung a lot of metal balloons.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is a remote area and there is an industrial area in vicinity.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space of the appartment, the palce is energy efficient, but the equipment starts giving up.

there is one coop that seems to get robbed weekly and that is it! it will then close once robbed so we need more shops

I wish i knew the lack of quality the flats have everything breaks and they will not respond to complaint emails

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is good to get in to London as youve the station bus and uber boat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is nothing here, it’s like being on a campsite with just one expensive little shop but no entertainment. 11 years and no change except more and more properties. We used to have a little park but it all got taken down and it’s just grass area now. Parking is a nightmare! You have properties that use 2-3 visitor bays aswel as the allocated bay because they have 3-4 cars. Sometimes you have to be so careful just walking out your front door because of the cars that drive on the walkway. Buses are not good to use for schools runs, in the morning they are so packed that you either have to wait around outside school for 20 minutes before opening or arrive late and after school it’s like Tom Hardy is giving out his phone number the way everyone shoves and pushes to get on. You have 1 bus that caters for 3 schools aswel as other people travelling on the bus. I won’t even start on the mosquitoes, mice and rats!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs do not get done properly if they get done at all. 11 years and still I can’t have my hot water on without my heating! 3 times my water tank has had a major leak. I am currently 9 months into waiting for a water tank leak to be fixed. Over £3000 owing to the water company. It also took 3 months for an electrical repair even though I couldn’t use my cooker, as a type 1 diabetic and children in the house that made eating very hard. I was given a £70 food voucher but with the prices of food that didn’t go very far.

That living here would destroy my mental health and make me suicidal

The good thing about living here is how close the schools are it’s more convenient for and house where both if the parent work

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No I have no issue with the building manager that have been able to come to my need as soon as possible

The people here they are soo nice I was shocked how nice they are you simply can’t tell that by looking online
