We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Very spacious apartments in Baltimore Wharf, both the two beds and the studio are very spacious. The properties face the dock so in summer ventilation isn’t great. However the property is great value for money and the 24 hour concierge is great also

The service from the concierge and property managers was great, never had an issue. I also enjoy the local restaurants such as the Indian cuisine and local pizzeria nearby. Another thing I like the river nearby, nice place for relaxing.

The area is very lovely and theres a lot to do in the area. I like that there are green spaces and that the river is nearby. It can get noisy as the tracks for the dlr are located near the development.

The bathroom isn’t the best, it tends to mould very quickly. Other then that, the balcony is great the concierge are so helpful when I order packages to the development. One thing I love is the ventilation, the windows open far and wide.
