Extremely close to Baltic Market, coffee shops, city centre, pubs, bars. Main bus terminal in Liverpool only a 15-minute walks, same as 2 Merseyrail stations. Parking is free for 2 hours on the road and overnight with parking spaces available. No traffic, no noise, no anti-social behaviour. Feels so safe and friendly in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Immediately every single time. Brian on-site was magic and able to fix or sort absolutely anything and offered so much advice to me and my partner that's actually helped us in our new flat since leaving. Baltic Yard is levels above any other company/landlord/estate agents in terms of dealing with maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. There were absolutely zero surprises with Baltic Yard.

It’s a great area to live in with lots of new places opening like bakeries and coffee shops all the time. It’s well sound proofed and isn’t interfered with by the surrounding bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They deal with issues efficiently and with a friendly manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ask to see a few different layouts to check it’s the right one for you.

It’s fantastic living in the area where we are. It’s a short walk into the city centre and there several small Shops nearby for convenience

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building has always helped with any issues we have in a speedy timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew how many students were allowed to live in the building as it would have affected us moving in

One of the best things is that there is a supermarket underneath the building and it’s close to the City Centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues yet but when I ask about something they respond quickly

No concerns so far, everything’s been great here .

Right next to town, great location for shops, pubs and transport. Great parking availability and barbers and corner shops in abundance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly and without any further problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of noise despite being in town, which is a very pleasant surprise at night
