Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building and the development itself is amazing. We really enjoy living in one or Erno’s creations it feels like a dream sometimes! The downside I will say is maybe traffic noise at times because it is right next to a Main Street and there are not many transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So we basically wanted to change the preexisting sofa that came with the flat and thought of maybe changing it for the winter months and the manager was super sweet he told me they could even take care of the removal! Also Lia and Barbara are just amazing at everyday encounters they make my day and overall give such a positive warm vibe to the building !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe location wise it is not the best but honestly we can manage! Staff is amazing (go Lia!) + she deserves a raise as she lit is the most active. When I wake up sometimes at 6 she’s already moving and checking things around! And if we don’t see her to say hi , we can know she was there because of her perfume that stays in all of the corridors! Really gratefull to have her around here!!!

It’s really nice that surrounding to me looks save and peace. It’s also really convenient to approach DLR and Lidl.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I appreciated that as soon as I raised the questions, they come within hours and helps with the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d like to know how to turn on all of the utilities in the flat more earlier.

Location is perfect, good connections to work and social areas and everything has been ready when moved in

Staff have been especially helpful with queries on utilities

Washing machine not working but currently being worked on

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a plenty of shops and supermarkets, also a lot of off license shops which working at night. Restaurants are not a lot and it can cause the problem, but there is a canary wharf near by where is a lot of restaurants. Public transport is available and it’s not hard to get to any point in London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management respond very quickly, Narad and Barbara is very helpful and will help as soon as possible.

That there won’t be noise from neighbors, and the staff are always ready to help

In general this is a good area for living, including good transport links and access to wide range facilities, including shops, markets and outdoor gyms near to the building. There is a variety of transport, including buses, DLR and Santander cycles, however if you prefer an underground it might be a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Way of Life is the main reason what makes this building a subject for consideration. Friendly stuff members, modern view for living quality, and responsible approach for doing their job. You can discuss any problems/preferences/points with management and they will provide the best possible solution, so you know you can always get a help.

The history of the building, which makes it very unique.
