the only consolation of living here is the location. other than that, it is what it is. developer is not really living up to what they promise.

design acceptable. building ok. location perfect. noise minimal. landscape appalling. buyers were deceived with tree lined front landscape -- trees all dead and shrubs grown, not well maintained. parking not available for those with disability; management disappointing. no person stays long enough to manage issues.

good transport links and grocery shops. street parking unsecured. front landscape like a jungle. parking availability - not offered even if needed due to disability.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

only those easy ones yet takes a long time to respond. hardly acts.

chances of obtaining parking space is never. customer service is poor and landscape/ trees not maintained as promised.

The building structure and layout is also great. Everything is under 10 years guarantee, However management is poor and cleaning isn’t the best in the stairs etc. Facilities are quite nice we have a garden and a bike shed, would be better if it was cleaned

The location is amazing, Next to central line and elizabeth line, Parking is not amazing. No traffic noise though and there are supermarkets under 10 minutes walk away

They don’t respond to many issues that we and other neighbours raise

How there is genuinely no traffic noise when inside with yhe windows shit

The development is clean modern and well designed. The area is nice and the building has been well considered with user experience at the forefront of their design. The development is well located. 5* I would recommend this to others considering living in the area

Excellent properly lots of amenities near by parking is good and I'd recommend over Tennants consider here.

No issues have been raised so nothing to comment on.

There is nothing I was I hadn't considered so I had nothing I wish u knew about.

im very unhappy with their management because i’ve had a broken window for over a year they sent someone to fix it he said he’ll send someone back and no one came, i keep calling them but same thing, The design of the building is alright, however they need to improve cleaning in the building

There is no parking, fortunately we don’t get traffic noise, shops are not too close but at an ok distance, open spaces close, transport good

There’s no parking for people living in flats, you can’t get a permit however we got told that before we moved in

They don’t answer on the phone and email. they have long process to fix any problem on my apartment. My bicycle was stole from this building and they said we don’t have access on CCTV and we cannot help you. I don’t recommend it . If you have another choice. Good luck to you all

There is a lot of shops and restaurants nearby this apartment. The big problem is noisy on A40 especially if you live in upper floor in this building. The walls are not insulated Enough. There is parking Onset.

I don't have insulation in the second room front of the motorway

What is the best feature of your home:

‏ parking and near by many shops and not far from underground.
