there are a range of shops on Greenford road, and good transport with Sudbury hill station five minutes away. there are no anti-social behaviour in the area, bin collection is very often. the bad aspect about living hear is the traffic during rush hour.

My perspective on my housing
The building is in a very good location. The buildings can be quite confusing for visitors. The entry system can be also confusing for visitors as you need to sometimes come down to allow your visitors in which can be a bit of a inconvenience. Security also sometimes turn away packages.

Very good location. Very close to Wembley Central, Greenford Broadway, and Sudbury hill. Very good links to the underground stations
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The underground nearby shut down often for strikes, etc often. So it’s not always reliable, that there is a pub nearby and some of the men get really drunk. The location is far from central London. Nice community
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes it can take time for you to reach someone however when I’ve emailed, someone does call back.
Not too bad
Building is okay, security are nice, don’t really see the building management which is good because this is our home and not an office. They’ve just knocked down an old building so the area looks nicer than it did as they’ve added grass and all sorts there to get to the car park. Not very secure as the public walk around the development and green area
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Local area is a little grotty, not very diverse but not the worst. The transport links are quite good and are probably the best part of living around here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were told there would be a kids area but there is not and were told there would be a residents portal to get to know our neighbours or just be a little community but that didn’t happen. Bikes get stolen so don’t leave them outside. And the private green area that is meant to be just for us is used by the public as a park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management respond efficiently to any problems that have been raised.

The parking costs, however there is alot of free parking nearby.

Nice place to live
Our flat feels spacious and is full of natural light. I think the design has been well thought out. However, having 2 lifts for the whole development is not enough as they sometimes have issues with them. It would be a good idea to have lifts in all four corners of the building.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The street outside is busy and there is a local pub where there is often a lot of noise from. It is handy to have a budgens and Iceland that is walking distance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend getting a flat that is facing away from the carpark as sometimes the cars and their music can wake us up!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded quite quickly via email and often have sorted the issue.
overall, very good – as long as your price will stay competitive as they are!
The design is actually very pleasant, the facilities are easily accessible. I disagree with the decision of demolishing the near building which could have been converted into a gym or event space many residents would have been happy to pay for (I am one of those). The building management is very responsive and efficient, which is an important aspect.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The overall quality is very good, with local shops at a walk distance, very well connected to Central London using public transport. The behaviour of some people in the street are sometimes reason for concern, but certainly nothing that Network Homes or Atrium Point management could control. Parking availability in the area is a bigger problem, as it has been dramatically reduced. The increase of cost of living does not help those who would like to park in the private area behind the building, as it is considered still too high for an outdoor parking spot.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Well, the fact that they have plans to build more in the area – which currently relies on rumours rather than evidence. I am not sure I would want more buildings nearby. Nothing wrong with having more parking spaces though, especially if this will reduce the costs making them more accessible to the locals.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A recent issue that we had with the boiler has been addressed promptly. I like that the residents receive regular updates via email on local works and maintenance being conducted in the property.
Affordable Decent Housing
Good aspects – There’s always security, and the communal areas are clean. Everyone is a friendly and respectful, safe area
Bad – The right-hand side lift almost always has an issue. Maintenance issues in corridors/reception with regards to leaking roof.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good – Lots of shops within walking distance, close to the underground and bus, Safe area
Bad – Noisey traffic, the main road is used by emergency service a lot, Anti-social behaviour from some of the neighbours

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It takes 2-3 days before it gets fixed, the management is nice. But they could be quicker with resolving issues.
Great home, would recommend
It has been an amazing place to live. It has everything you need close by. It’s a reasonable price for London and for zone 4. I’ve had no issues, given it is a large development it is very quiet. The studio has a useful layout that makes the most of the space avaiable.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
There are really good transport links into central London and out to Oxford from Sudbury Hill. There are decent local shops, but for a big shop you have to go to the Lidl or into Harrow/Wembley.

Nothing, it is a lovely development. Everything had been fine. I’ve moved out a few days ago, it has let me save to buy my first home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues have been fixed quickly, it’s good having the handyman on site.
Good location
Design fatalities are good
Building management are not very understanding of situations.
The works being done in the car park has created a lot of noise and dust and nothing has been done.
Balcony can not be used because of this issue which is unfair for residents
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Works have been going on for a while.
So much noise and dust
Bins messy and not taken care off
Deliveries turnt away by the desk
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That parking cost extra
That rental price would go up yearly
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but not in a proper way nor has any resolution been done
