Love my apartment, well planned in terms of layout and spacious for a 1 bedroom! Building is kept well maintained and managed with a modern and clean design. Staff and team on the front desk and all so lovely and helpful! Only thing I could comment to improve would be to have a larger gym and maybe a social space?

Clean building with good facilities for personal and business use. Any building or property issues can be directly approached by a member of staff and easily paid attention to when needed.
Many facilities that can be also used such as conference rooms/ gym etc.

In addition to well organized, modern, well equipped apartments. Aston Place is managed by the most skilled, professional, kindest and most helpful team members. It feels like I am a member of a great loving family. Mr. Tahiliani (property manager) is always present, hands on and involved when needed. The lovely concierge team always welcome us with great smiles, they professionally manage sorting all active issues in a timely manner. Habiba and Kirsty are the best. They are the heart and soul of Aston Place. I have never met customer service providers who are working as hard to make our experience at Aston place better and unforgettable. A great big thank you to both of you.
The maintenance team are on time, efficient and skilled. The professional cleaners are on another level, they know all the bits and pieces to the place and will always work according to your preference with so much care and attention.

Apartment offered wonderful management from the day before arrival itself. I would like to appreciate the management of Kishor, Chenáe, Habiba, Laxmi and Bash. About the facilities well maintained reception and clean common areas is one of the attractiveness.

I live alone therefore safety was my main priority when searching for a flat. This is so secure, there’s always staff around and lovely residents. Amazing place to live. Also providing unfurnished flats so my flat is super homely and is just perfect be

The gym could do with leg press machine and some heavier DB. The only other point to mention are the lifts, could do with another 2 really for the amount of people living here.
The building itself is clean and tidy and the concierge team are always happy to help.

At the beginning, one member of the managing team showed me the property, it went beyond my expectation. I decided to rent the property. I loved the design especially the facilities in the buiding. Moreover, Kishor- the manager is very nice and considerate. I love the way he does his job.

The development is beautiful and clean, staff are really helpful and friendly. The design of the building is lovely, I love the free drinks facilities for all residents downstairs. Residents have acces to a free on site gym, at no extra cost.

The apartment is even better than we could have imagined. It really is an example of 5 star living. Apartments are high spec with stylish furniture to meet. Staff are fantastic and are very helpful. With on-site gym, parking, leisure areas, parking you couldn’t hope for anymore. Also a great range of discounts found on the Dandara tenant portal.

Well managed. The building with 22 floors could have done with more than two elevators. Waiting for the elevator during peak times can be a little frustrating. The bin area can also get a little bit smelly but probably to be expected. Waste disposal shoots might be an idea for any future build.
