The building is right in the city centre so it is close to a lot of facilities which is nice. But it is also next to the motorway so noise can be loud
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are quick to address any and all issues that arise. Abdul in particular has been really helpful

It is right next to the motor way so it can get a bit noisy

Living in my area has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The neighbourhood strikes a perfect balance between vibrant local life and peaceful surroundings. There’s an excellent variety of shops, cosy cafés, and highly rated restaurants all within walking distance, making day-to-day life incredibly convenient. Beautiful open spaces and parks nearby offer great spots to relax or go for a walk. Transport links are a major plus—buses and trains run frequently, making commuting smooth and stress-free. The street is clean and quiet, with reliable bin collections, easy parking, and a strong sense of community. It’s been a truly enjoyable place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues raised, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication is clear, and follow-ups are consistent, which gives residents confidence and peace of mind.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A polite suggestion would be to consider adding a dedicated storage space within the development. While the apartments are well-designed and comfortable, having additional storage would offer extra convenience and enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Living in the city centre near Aston Place in Birmingham has a lot of positives. There’s a great range of local shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance – from independent cafes to big-name chains. The Bullring and Grand Central are close by, offering plenty of shopping options. There are also some nice open spaces like Eastside City Park, though green areas can be limited compared to suburban areas. Transport links are excellent, with New Street Station just a short walk away and regular buses and trams serving the area. Overall, it's a vibrant, convenient place to live, especially for professionals or students who enjoy city living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is very responsive. Issues raised through the residents app are usually addressed quickly, and repairs are carried out efficiently with minimal disruption.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's helpful to know that using the residents app makes reporting issues really easy and speeds up response times. I'd also recommend getting to know the concierge team early on – they’re a great resource for day-to-day questions.

The local area is very convenient, with a good range of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy access into the city. There are also several open green spaces which are perfect for relaxing or jogging. The street is generally quiet, and parking is manageable most of the time. Bin collections are regular and efficient. Occasionally, there is minor traffic noise during peak hours, but it is not disruptive. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and the neighbourhood feels safe and welcoming overall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team, especially Priyanka, has been excellent in addressing issues. Responses are prompt, and any maintenance concerns are dealt with efficiently. Communication is clear, and updates are always provided until resolution. It is reassuring to know there is a reliable team managing the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how seamless and supportive the living experience would be. From day one, the property has been exceptionally well-managed, with staff like Priyanka going above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and looked after. The sense of community, responsiveness to issues, and overall quality of life have exceeded expectations. Knowing this in advance would have made my decision to move in even easier and more confident.

The area had a charming atmosphere, but it was difficult to overlook the large number of homeless individuals gathered around the building. Their presence added a poignant contrast to the otherwise pleasant surroundings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
ABDUL, the management team member was great ang helpful!!! Best part of living in Aston place was the people.

Unfortunately, there’s no microwave available, and I don't know it before.
