Development is recently constructed so no moles and nothing even team does inventory check in before handing over the apartment and if anything is faulty they do repairs and then give it to you.You would find everything perfect here. Thanks for wonderful place.

I would say it is the best place to stay in that to in City Center with all the amenities and to do socialize. Traffic noise is not even much but you can see a beautiful view outside balcony.

I wasn’t aware about the social practices followed so nicely. I was told that they arrange get to get hers which I thought it is just for sake of doing it but it was actually meant and followed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was responded to all the queries raised immediately. Mr Abu also helped on the day we came here for the stay. Mattress was missing so when informed Mr Kishore he Immediately arranged to get the new one.

Excellent location and management team, very friendly
Excellent team, very friendly and helpful whenever we need help or have questions. Everyone on the team are very welcoming and happy to have a chat. Great amenities on the property as well, a gym, function room and residents area with a coffee machine. Maintenance also responded to our issue relatively quickly.

Very convenient location within the city centre with good links to transportation. Almost anywhere within the city centre is walking distance away and there’s a tram station 2 minutes away.

Very good sound insulation within each apartment so I can’t hear my neighbours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, it was resolved relatively quickly and easily.

Great facility
I lived for more than a year in this property and never experienced anything unpleasant.
Staff are always welcoming and helpful when approached; namely Kishor, the operations manager.
From my experience I would highly recommend moving in with Dandara.

I had a great time residing in this property. I was pleased and satisfied from all aspects; starting from facilities, staff/ managers help, flexibility and behaviour, safety and price for such luxurious flats.
The location is great for people who don’t drive like myself as it’s close to all local amenities and public transport.

A wonderful place to live
Just a wonderful place to live, always welcome, safe and a quality experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments a fitted and functional to a great standard, and the area is a perfect for shopping, food and work. Great bars, great atmosphere.

Incredible Tenancy Experience
The building is very modern, and well equiped, the apartments fitted with high quality materials and appliances, all developed on a perfect layout. The management team is superb. The sense of service of Ms Laxmi MISTRY on the entire tenancy procedure was really reassuring. Mr Kishor TAHILIANI, the first person we met and he played a key role in convincing us to become tenants at Aston Place. The entire team is very caring and helpful, and we won’t forget the welcoming of Mr Abdul BASHAR showing us around the day before moving in.

Amazing location, 5 minutes walking to Birmingham news street station, and the Bullring shopping mall, 1 minute walk to the Tramway station.

A very interesting things we didn’t know is the regular events organised all year long, to bring the tenants together and to create a beautiful community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a problem with the washer-dryer after moving in, and as simple as giving a call to Mr Kishor TAHILIANI, the maintenance team came in seconds and got the machine replaced.

Building Management is the best! The team is very kind, good listeners and always happy to help, with a good attention to details.
Kishor, for instance is an outstanding guy, very responsible, responsive, always smiling, welcoming and asks if we need assistance with anything. I called him once for an enquiry, in few minutes he stepped by with the team to help. He actually was our very first contact at Aston Place, he showed us around and made it easier for us to come and talk about further details about renting out the property. He gave us a first perfect impression.
Then Laxmi, who is a very competent, kind and happy to help girl, she accompanied us through the whole process of moving in, with a solution to every single question or issue we thought about.
Abdul Bashar is a very enthusiastic person, helpful and welcoming.
I might not know all the names, but the best team ever! Shout out to all the girls and boys here.

Very nice location, near to all facilities, hence, very calm and not noisy, which is perfect.

I called Kishor once for an enquiry, in few minutes he stepped by with the team to help. It was quicker than I even expected. He solved our issue in like 5 min, and did also the follow up to make sure everything is alright at our end. Very helpful and kind guy!
Aston place is the place to live!
The building is new, always clean which are the key aspects I desired when searching for a new accommodation. I’m really impressed on how decorative the reception can be – you can clearly see the employees here want to go the extra mile in order to enhance our customer experience.
Moreover the communal area and gym facilities are great If I want to spend some time outside my apartment and to socialise. I must say the team here at aston place have done an overall excellent job in ensuring all tenants feel comfortable and relaxed.

Reception I must say are excellent – every member from the team are friendly and are always wanting to help. I feel really comfortable with each member of staff as they are so friendly and helpful.
I feel like I’m housesitting for someone who’s posher than me!
Lovely design, simple without being too blank and cold. The facilties are very homely for an apartment block, and the concierges always make myself my partner and our friends feel welcome. It’s always very clean, and I found everything about moving into the place the easiest I’ve ever encountered with moving house!

Incredibly convenient location, and feels very safe and secure. A little difficult sometimes to explain to guests and deliveries where to drive to visit, but once they find it it’s very accomodating.

I wish I had known sooner how accessible this sort of living was, it felt like originally it would be too elite for the likes of myself and my partner, but we’ve honestly felt very welcome and not at all like we may not belong, there’s a nice mix of friendly people from all areas and cultures, and that’s something that’s really obviously celebrated by the staff here. That’s a big deal considering I am mixed race and my partner isn’t from this country, we’ve often had a fair bit of prejudice from housing systems but here we’ve felt very much like we’re at home… Which, I suppose we are!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really had anything to quibble about or report, but the first few weeks of being here it was made clear that we could go to the team about any issues we had, even just little things or general enquiries about locations or services or something.
Aston Place is a great place to live.
Aston place is a great place to live with fast internet access, efficient postal collection service and a friendly team to help you when issues/concerns arise. The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern and well insulated, with the balcony being a plus and all the appliances were easy to use.

Aston Place’s location is ideal as it is conveniently situated within walking distance to all the necessary services required for modern urban living.

The only thing I can think of is that the UK TV license is not included.

I had one issue which I raised to the team which was dealt with very quickly and at a time convenient to me.
Perfect place to live!
The design of the apartment is very clever and efficient. The 2 bed apartment is laid out perfectly and the balcony is an amazing bonus. Building management is perfect with the concierges all very helpful and friendly and the fact that it is 24 hours makes everything feel very safe. The lobby facilities and gym are also great features to have.

The range of shops, bars and restaurants in the location is perfect. Central Birmingham has a wide range of choice so that we’ll never go to the same place twice. Parking is perfect and very secure in the underground facility and even street parking is easy and reasonably priced. Bin systems are easy and the apartment itself is very quiet with respectful tenants and have never had any issues.

The hot water timer, although this has never been an issue

We’ve never had any major issues but the help on hand is very useful and we can message or just head down to reception for any queries.

I looove huge windows and spacious balcony. The gym is included in rent price which is so great!!! And you can enjoy free coffee anytime. Concierge is so helpful. Flat design is awesome. Car park is underground which is so comfortable. I just cant ask for better place to live.

Dandara living is absolutely amazing place to live, located in city center. I love the fact that we can reach best restaurants and theatres or train station just in 5-10min walking distance.
