The property is managed well and taken cared of properly. It is cleaned regularly and maintained. The design is as good as a building can be and it is very comfortable. Your parcels are collected for you and there is a free gym for residents. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Kishor, Abdul and the rest of the team!

The building is in the city center and very close to local shops, train station, Victoria square, Broad Street and The bullring

Extremely Friendly team

They respond immediately an issue is raised. The team tries as much as possible for the issues to be resolved
Brilliant place
If that will be a wood floor in the future for pets floor apt will be perfect. Very useful furniture, huge balcony. Friendly staff. Almost 24/7 reception. Safely parcel room that use code to get in.

Yes, staffs can solve any problem real quick. Very friendly
Wonderful place to live
Aston Place is wonderful place to live. In the heart of Birmingham city centre yet is quiet and feels tucked away. The amenities are incredible, there’s a club room that is free to book for residents to host family and friends, fitted with a large table and kitchenette. The gym has great facilities with a private room and TV to follow along with classes or play your own music to. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always greeting you with a smile, prepared to do anything they can to help you, there’s a member of staff present 24/7 so you never have to worry about safety! You can log maintenance requests at any time of the day and they will get to it as soon as possible. Reception will accept parcels then organise them into a locked parcel room for you to collect with a code at your own convenience. The only downfall is the cost of the parking but I can imagine this is common to all city centre apartments due to lack of space and also many people not needing a car for city living.

Aston Place is an ideal location for city-living and despite being in the heart of Birmingham city centre, it feels tucked away and is surprisingly quiet. Everything you need including mini supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc etc are right on your doorstep. You rarely experience anti-social behaviour because it’s located far enough away from bars and clubs. There is street parking for guests and also a gated basement garage – both at a charge. Residents can also park their cars in the basement for a monthly charge.

The club room is a wonderful feature – we did know about it before moving in but it’s still great. There’s a hire-able room on the ground floor that is free to use for residents to host their friends and family, there’s a large table and a kitchenette and the decor is lovely.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues are responded to incredibly quickly and it is obvious that all of the staff really want to help you. They have great communication and are friendly and helpful.
Aston Place – perfect location and great place to live.
The building itself is very tidy and well maintained.
Apartments are decent size and maintenance staff is there to resolve any issues right away (changing of light bulbs, fixing locks, blocked pipes, etc).
All staff is amazing. They are friendly, very helpful and welcoming.
The residents facilities are also worth mentioning – reception area has a few cosy sitting areas that are perfect to relax or work.
On site gym is well equipped and parcel room gives that piece of mind when expecting a parcel delivery as reception staff is always in to make sure it’s all securely put away until residents can pick parcels up.
Bin room is well maintained, never messy and cleaned regularly. Plenty of bike storage and lots of space for car parking underground.
Overall this place is 5/5.

Aston Place is located in the heart of Birmingham, within walking distance to the Bullring, Grand Central, Mailbox, REP theatre, Brindley Place, ti name a few. Most of it is within 10 minutes walk.
Tram and bus stops are about 3 mins walk from the building.

Mezzanine floor has ventilation system installed due to not being able to open windows.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised have been met with professional and helpful response and ongoing communication until satisfying resolution was reached.

Incredible development
Impeccably clean at all time
The concierges are extremely friendly and helpful
The amenities of the building are high quality and useful
There are organised events and considerations (when it was incredibly hot they were handing out free chilled soft drinks) as well as placing incredible seasonal decorations.
The building feels extremely safe at all times
My stay in this building is very enjoyable and second to non, I can’t imagine moving any time soon.

The apartments are highly central with easy walking access to the city centre and new street station (-+5 min) as well as access to the high way for easy commuting

Hand an issue with my fridge and it was replaced with in the same day.

modern building, clean flats. Great facilities such as gym, residents lounge, and reception area. Building management is excellent- issues are resolved immediately and property management are always keen to help and give the best experience

One thing i wish i would have known is that the bin room is far away from the apartment. but it was not an issue

Building management have immediately responded to issues and they were always resolved in a timely manner.
Lovely Aston Place
Aston Place is very welcoming, the building is lovely inside and out, a lot of care has been taken within these aspects. The staff are lovely and always on hand to help, Kishor, Abdul and Hussain are beyond brilliant, I couldn’t fault them whatsoever! They’re always on hand whenever needed, nothing is too much for these guys. Nothing gets left undone, unrecognised. You’re always left with a smile on your face knowing you’re in a safe, welcoming, well presented environment.

Maintenance is always on hand to help with any issue, nothing is ever too much to ask
Great place to live in the city
Everywhere is always so clean and tidy. The staff are always so helpful and friendly- Kishor has been fab since I moved in. The gym and lounge facilities are a great extra to have in the block especially the kitchen area so you can have large groups of friends over and utilise the space without having to go out

Traffic noise from Suffolk street has been more noticeable with the hot weather when the windows and doors are open but it’s do convenient living in the city centre with all the great places to eat and drink on your door step

no smoking on balconies isn’t an issue as such but when friends are over they have to go downstairs

Excellent development
Excellent development with modern styling and great facilities such as the gym which is nice and clean. One bed apartment does lack storage space and would have liked a separate freezer and integrated bin but these are minor issues.

Excellent location right next door to New Street Station. Despite being on the lower floor, I’ve had no problems with noise from outside. Plenty of choice when it comes to shops, bars and restaurants and open spaces aren’t too far away.

Immediately. Sorted within the same day or next day.
Very happy with Aston Place!
There’s a resident’s lounge and a well-equipped gym on site that’s available between 5am and 12am. They also offer cleaning, dry cleaning, and massage services as well as several social events for residents. The staff are just a phone call away and they’re friendly. Kishor, Abdul, Naqqash, Hussein, and Paul have been very helpful and attentive every time I’ve asked for anything. However, I do wish there was more storage in the apartments or a storage room in the building.

There’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s both 5 minutes away from the apartment, and many restaurants around The Mailbox. The apartment is only a 7 minute walk away from Birmingham New Street Station! And the Bullring is only a walking distance away.

This isn’t a criticism of Dandara Living, but I wish I knew food delivery drivers would never agree to come upstairs!

They’re always eager to solve any issues I’ve had with the facilities and they send their on-site maintenance staff to the apartment right away
