Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a great location, with the station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. There’s also a large supermarket nearby, as well as a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a lovely area for evening walks, and despite being close to busy amenities, the apartments do a great job of keeping outside noise to a minimum.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had many issues, but whenever something has needed attention, the team has been very quick to arrange repairs and resolve them efficiently.

good thing, is the amount of storage Argo has to offer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great for convenience. It is directly across from the station, with easy access to the Jubilee line, DLR and local buses, making transport very convenient. There are lots of grocery stores and shops nearby, including Morrisons, Lidl, Superdrug and Tian Tian. Overall, the area is well connected and practical for day-to-day living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been really responsive. It’s quick and easy to report or book issues through the app, and they usually get things sorted quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good - location is a huge advantage, especially being close to the station. Great team to help resolve issues. Love the fact the washer has its own area with doors and a storage room which will fit your bigger items e.g. suitcases. Bad - could do with more closet storage int he 1 bed, bigger bed.

The location is one of the biggest advantages of living here. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and other everyday amenities within walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with convenient access to the Tube and bus services, making commuting across London very easy. There are also parks and green spaces nearby, along with GP services and pharmacies. Overall, it's a well-connected and convenient area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I've reported an issue, the building management has responded promptly and professionally. Communication has always been clear, and any maintenance or household-related concerns have been handled efficiently with minimal hassle. The reception and concierge team are approachable and genuinely willing to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there weren't any major surprises after moving in.

Plenty of supermarkets and local shops with great transport links close by to Canning Town station and good bike lane links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to respond to any queries, Paul has been helpful when I moved in letting me know where deliveries are sent to and a short tour of the complex.

Excellent location, close to the train station, lime bikes, gym and a variety of grocery shops and coffee shops

Yes, Paul is excellent at dealing with whatever I send to him.

The terrace is a wonderful addition as well as the gym which was a pleasant surprise!
