Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location as its near station, with good tube and bus network. Can be noisy due to level of street busyness and traffic but with windows closed it's fine. Bin collections are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As commented above building management are excellent. They are always there to support and friendly and have been accommodating to my requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the standing rate charge for the utilities are expensive, and there doesn't seem to be any flexibility in supplier. I would have thought a building like this a more favourable rate would be negotiated.

The experience staying here has been great and I highly recommend. The reception and management team were friendly and helpful throughout our tenancy. Special thanks to Paul Hegba from the resident services team for the support throughout the process. Overall, we really enjoyed living here and would be happy to recommend Argo Apartments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a good mix of shops, restaurants and cafés, making it convenient for both everyday needs and leisure activities. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to public transport and major routes from Canning Town station, making commuting straightforward. The street itself is generally well maintained and feels safe. Noise levels are reasonable for an urban area, and I have not experienced any significant issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a convenient and enjoyable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been responsive and proactive in contacting me with updates which has been particularly helpful.

Nothing significant comes to mind. The information provided before move-in was clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly by the Resident Services team, in particular Paul who I have had most contact with. The transition into the building was smooth and straightforward.

Paul has always been very helpful and was very attentive when we had an issue that needed solving quickly.

They have responded very quickly and gotten things sorted in no time.

No really. Everything has been great and I have not complaints.

Very convenient location, right opposite the Canning Town station with great connectivity. A lot of supermarkets nearby with a safe locality.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very attentive service especially Paul and Angela. They are very responsive and have handled all our complaints to date

Everything has been good, so we don't have any complaints. The communication is very good and they tell you all you need to know before you move in.
