Hackney and Chatsworth road are great, one of the best neighbourhooods in London. We get no outside noise as far enough from street and insulation is great.

Wish I’d known more about valuations and surveys etc

The view and balcony, the living room and kitchen open plan arrangement

Good: Loads of green space, lovely shops and pubs, great neighbours. Bad: There are a lot of car break-ins on our street

I wish I’d set up my internet and utilities before moving in

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is amazing. I also love the shower/bath.

The area is wonderful - issue with management and finish on the building including communication and security

Broken bike storage not communicated and issues with the boilers water etc

What is the best feature of your home:

The building quality - energy efficiency of the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has lots of green space, shops, restaurants and bars. It is well connected for cyclists and has buses and tube connections too. The street is quiet and peaceful for the most part, though there has been some antisocial behaviour and two car crashes at the end of the street. Traffic noise is very low.

how little bike space there would be (less than one bike rack per 3 people)

What is the best feature of your home:

proximity to greenspace and the natural light the flat gets
