Excellent location either way easy transport links and close excellent shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They rarely do!!!! We only get a response following us chasing and chasing and threatening a formal complaint,

How dreadful Southern housing are in terms of a managing agent

The best is the loction, beautiful ĺandscape in a quiet green area yet 1 mile to town centre, quality of construction and the quality òf kitchen equipment used. The only thing I would think of missing is a convenience store at a walking distance.

The beautiful river walks behind the property! The best place to live!

Hackney and Chatsworth road are great, one of the best neighbourhooods in London. We get no outside noise as far enough from street and insulation is great.

Wish I’d known more about valuations and surveys etc

The view and balcony, the living room and kitchen open plan arrangement

We took a chance with Guildford and we are absolutely delighted. 15 minute walk to the high street, 20 to the train station, nature close by, and the people here are lovely

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with a radiator that has been fixed. Waiting on some issues with doors / windows and information about blueprints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I feel It would have been very valuable to hace actual blueprints (measures, pipes, wires, windows/doors brands, etc)

What is the best feature of your home:

The spacious main bedroom with big windows and high ceilings

The location is very good. Just outside the city centre and yet have everything I need such as Aldi and Sainsburys. The bus is also very frequent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If only I knew that the car park was going to be such a drag...

What is the best feature of your home:

Location. It is idea for working from home since I don't have to go far for shopping groceries
