The development is in the city centre of Liverpool - its super vibrant, with easy access to shops, transport links, restaurants, the Albert Dock - everything you could want.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded swiftly to any issues, even “out of hours”. We’ve never had a problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Its a super pet friendly building, and you’ll often see dogs in the lifts on the way for their afternoon/evening walks. Its very well insulated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love being so close to everything, for walks on the waterfront, the cinema 7 min walk, next to the main shopping centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt with small leaks, replacement mattress and grouting issues very fast

It’s met our expectations so far - pricey but worth it

The location of this building is absolutely amazing! Everything you need is just a short walk away — great restaurants, cafés, shops, and even transport links. It’s so convenient and makes day-to-day life really easy. I love being in such a vibrant, accessible area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I just wanted to leave a quick note to say how much I appreciate living in this building — especially thanks to the amazing staff, and in particular Yinka at reception. She’s always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and a real pleasure to chat with. Yinka has been so supportive in helping me advertise my dog walking services around the building, which has made a real difference. She’s always ready to lend a hand, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents here. It really makes such a positive impact having someone like her as part of the team — it’s comforting knowing there’s always a friendly face at reception, willing to help however she can. Big shout out and thank you to Yinka — you’re a star!

How the coffee machine is not available at the weekends

Honestly love the location, it’s right by the docks so I get a great view, it’s also extremely close to everything I need in terms of food, utilities etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems I have get solved pretty much the next day.

The cost of parking is quite high for anywhere near the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a really positive experience. One of the best things is how convenient everything is — there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and cafés within walking distance, which makes daily errands easy. Public transport is also very reliable. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly, with a real sense of community. There are parks and green spaces close by, which is great for relaxing or getting some fresh air, especially on weekends. I’ve also appreciated how quiet the area is in the evenings — it’s peaceful without feeling isolated

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems during my time living here, which speaks to how well the building is run. That said, any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the management team has always been incredibly accommodating and responsive. They’re approachable, professional, and genuinely seem to care about resident satisfaction. It’s reassuring to know that if anything ever did come up, it would be handled quickly and efficiently.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how great the community events would be! The management team does a fantastic job organizing regular parties and gatherings — they’re always well thought out, fun, and a great way to meet neighbors.
