Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's no big supermarket which is a bummer but there's a co-op supermarket, Sainsbury's and Mum's wholefoods less than 5 mins walk. Gunnersbury Station is two stops away by bus and Kew Bridge station is just next door. You can get into central London in about 20 mins. Parking isn't great for non residents and if you're a resident you have to pay to park. There's zero traffic noise, just some construction noise around. Strand on the green and the Thames Path is a short walk away. Also love visiting Gunnersbury park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they are quite responsive. They fix issues promptly and address concerns. I especially like that we have a concierge service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think they did a really good job of laying out all the information before I moved in so there's really nothing I wish I had known.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
All great - there is several modes of transport at all times. Many local cafes and pubs and you can even walk into Richmond. Kew Gardens is great too. People may think living next to the stadium is an issue but it definitely isn’t!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive and accessible pretty much 24/7
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would recommend seeing the flag at different times of day to check out the sun direction / light and different views

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall the area is great, very safe, friendly with the basic shops available. However as there is no high street nearby often shops like pharmacies and post offices are missing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Absolutely fantastic always very prompt answering questions or fixing problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend checking transport links thoroughly. Overall it’s great but would be dependent on where someone’s workplace is

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Our development is great but the immediate area lacks strong social options. A walk down to Kew Bridge (5–10 mins) allows for some nice scenary and pub options. Next to no shopping options or restaurants without travelling into Brentford (30 mins) or Chiswick (25 mins).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall fairly positive when you log through the app. Sometimes emails aren’t responded to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lack of social options/restaurants/shops in the immediate area.
