Great place to live

Elle W (Tenant)

May 2019

Albion Court is a new development that was finished in 2019, so all the apartments are new and beautifully done. There is a lot of natural light and since it’s not on the main road, it’s very quiet while still being easily accessible. The flats are beautiful and modern with wood-like floors and modern amenities. It’s right between Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park so super easy to get around. There’s so many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as countless supermarkets. It’s a 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park, meaning it’s perfect to take a walk, go for a run or play tennis. I really enjoy living here and even though it’s not cheap, it is a wonderful place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

- lots of light - quiet courtyard - modern flats - not too big of a development Not really any downsides except that it’s not cheap.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is not accessible directly from King’s Street anymore, so you have to go via the next alley but it’s only a short detour.
