Danescroft is a privately owned property development company specialising in residential led mixed use development. It was established in 1997 by David Civil and since then the company has been involved in various projects as owners, investors and developers. Most of their developments so far have been position in London or South England, and recently expanding to the Midlands and South West England. Albion Court is a Danescroft development featuring 52 studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Having launched only in 2019, it is a very modern development and is located in Hammersmith, close to Hammersmith stations.
