Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The shops are local and east Croyden station is right outside the building. Parking availability could be on depending on your choice if you want to park there a places right next to the building the street is nice.the bin store is on ground floor where you can throw all your garbage away the traffic noise is barely any.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Installing the dishwasher was a bit hard as there wasn’t enough space so you had to make some space
What is the best feature of your home:
It has a nice balcony view of Canary Wharf and the shard
