There’s lots of shops in the area. It’s a really good area of the city to live with everything very close to you like new street station and bullring and Selfridges

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is always very helpful in Moda and sort everything very quickly and professionally

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bins are full all the time and this causes flies sometimes. Only bad thing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are very good, with regular buses, trams and easy access to New Street station, though traffic can sometimes be heavy at peak times. Bin collections are generally fine, although on occasion they may be missed. The street itself can be noisy, especially at weekends due to nightlife, but it’s usually much calmer during the week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is very good in the building and always helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just the noisy streets on the weekends and sometimes some crazy people outside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Streets are very noisy at end of week if you are facing Broad Street - advise - keep the windows shut.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At least most times all have been done I have looked after my room well. Didn't really need a lot of repair

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If possible always have a viewing to understand everything but the renting team is helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good shops and restaurants on broad street. Tesco is just on the other side of the street. Chinatown is only 10 minutes walk away from the building. Very good location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very professional and very responsive. Moses and Peter are always helpful with everything

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You have to come downstairs to get rid of the rubbish which is not good

Just moved to the apartment Apartment near transport to university. Workers are good moses, Peter help me with letters

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management give me keys, also answer me questions to me

Nothing to say because I have seen apartment is designed good for me
