To be honest a great area to live in easy access to anywhere in London thanks to both central and Elizabeth lines also quick access to A40 a good variety of shops around such as subway domino’s pizza Tesco Sainsbury’s and much more
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quick and helpful starting with the front of house team taking requests to management having it solved Also great idea with the resident app great short cut to everything.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing special to add everything went as planned beforehand.

Quick action reasonable solution always responsive

Area is well connected, clean and tidy. There is unfortunately a lot of construction going on due to HS2.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have responded promptly and with good effect.

Nothing really, everything was clearly advertised.

Since moving to this area I’ve genuinely enjoyed every part of living here. It has great balance of convenience, community and comfort, one of the things I appreciate most is how well everything is connected shops, cafe, parks and transport links quickly grown to love the vibe here

Always, very quick answer and they always willing to help

There are multiple shops which I personally love, from needing a coffee, groceries, and train station. Everything is local and max 2 minute walk to whatever you need. Everything is private and you feel safe and secure living here. I have not witnessed any ASB as of yet and all residents seem to be friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I have had no problems apart from sorting out the utility bills which is not AWOL’s fault as the utility companies are external companies
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More direct sunlight into the bedrooms due to my current address is slightly dark but the most smallest issue which I am adapting to
