Great location and transport links. I personally don’t get affected by any noise either Everyone’s always very helpful but Mo & Ben have been particularly great recently helping me with some maintenance issues very quickly and efficiently. Night staff always make me feel safe when I come in from working night shifts and I find everyone very friendly and welcoming l. Great team. Really enjoy living here ……………………………….

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mo and Ben are always helpful especially recently. Mo always so friendly and pleasant a great presence on the team. My emails are always answered quickly ………………

I think key fobs would be much better that the white cards ……………………..

lively atmosphere, cultural venues, and excellent transport links make it a great place to live. Right in the middle of cardiff

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We needed the apartment completley unfurnished. They were happy to accomodate.

We were well informed. The team answered all questions.

Really good location relative to shops and other entertainment venues. Right on Cardiff bus station and next to Cardiff central station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Gemma and Ben from maintenance have been very helpful

The gym is much better than I expected and never busy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s in an amazing location with everything around you, Cardiff central. station, Tesco, Starbucks and boots downstairs, and all local. Open space on the 12th floor of the building is amazing too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been great. Gemma and Ben have been helpful with any issues we had after moving in, and sorted them out swiftly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would recommend ensuring when looking at the one bedrooms all the different layouts the one bedrooms have to offer, as they scale in size and layout significantly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is on your doorstep! Including the main train station, lots of stores, including convenience stores right next to the building for anything you might need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve responded quickly and clearly and offered the help I needed/asked for.

More information regarding bills and providers in advance, would be preferable, however aside from that nothing to add.
