The Quarters Kilburn Apartments is located in area which is available a variety of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Gym's and shopping stores. I think so all what you need is available in that local area. Also, It has been located near to Paddington Recreation Ground (Gardens). All public transportations are available and near such as Kilburn overground, Kilburn park underground and buses. The Kilburn High Road is a bit crowded through the day but peaceful in the night.

The location is very great.

Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach East Croydon station, which offers quick connections to London Victoria, London Bridge, and Gatwick Airport in just 15-20 minutes. The apartment is also close to tram and bus services, ensuring convenient travel options. Even if there are delays, frequent services mean you won't face much inconvenience, except perhaps around midnight. Additionally, various supermarkets such as Amazon, Coop, Sainsbury's, and M&S are within a 5-minute walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive to any problems or issues I've raised. For easy fixes, such as replacing a dead bulb, fixing a window handle, or replacing a microwave control wheel, they act quickly and typically resolve these within a few days. For more complex issues, like addressing a bathtub leakage problem, they plan ahead and complete the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Their efficiency and proactive approach ensure that all maintenance needs are met effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I was provided with a detailed video of the flat, which accurately represented everything. As a result, there were no surprises upon arrival. Everything was exactly as expected and as shown in the video.

Superb location. Opposite the tube and very close to both Tesco and Waitrose. A further walk to aldi and sainsburys. There is a very good cafe called Barista two doors down.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I raised problems with casting onto the tv and it was fixed quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really enjoyed my stay and it worked for what I needed at the time. I can’t ask for anymore. The food from restaurant next door was really disappointing.

This good aspects are many such as the convince around as well as the station right opposite and very close to everything.

They have solved all my problems and have helped me in everything

Location is incredible - it's right next to the Finchley Road Tube station, and opposite a large Waitrose. There's also: * Pret A Manger about 20 seconds away * Japanese grocer about 2 minutes away (Natural Natural Finchley Road) * Boots about 5 minutes away * A small corner shop for Sunday nights when Waitrose is closed The only cons are a) it's next to quite a busy road (though I never had trouble with noise in the apartment itself), and b) there are often a couple of homeless folks around the Tube station asking for money (though I never felt unsafe). Overall, absolutely fantastic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very well! I think there were ~3 times something broke and I reported it, and every time it was fixed either the same day or the next.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in particular comes to mind. The only small thing was the nearby Japanese grocer, Natural Natural Finchley Road, which it took me a little while to discover, and which is lovely.
