The location is perfect, the train station, tram stop, bus stop and shopping mall are all within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management is completly perfect they can solve all problems very quickly and very easyly.

Whether short term or long term, Quarters is a great place where you can live with peace of mind, I highly recommend it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I had a fantastic stay here. It is located in a convenient location with lots of shops/ cafes / beauty salons and gyms near. There is a Waitrose oposite and on the doorstep of Finchley Road station , making it a very easy commute for those working in central London. The area is also a short walk away from lots of pretty areas such as Hampstead heath. I always felt safe living in this area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very very quick at fixing any issues and readily available to help at all times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing negative to say about this place or the team at all - was a very pleasant stay .

Location, location, location. Best train and public transport links inside M25. Good choice of shops.

Management is responding very quickly and resolving issues as soon as it's possible.

Nothing comes to my mind to be honest. Good information was provided before I moved in. No surprises.

Great location , only bit of noise is Finchley Rd up front and the church next door otherwise surprisingly homely considering the busy location
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problem too small , Selna has been amazing and is a really remarkable lady indeed. Incredibly efficient and so very helpful as well as being such a very nice person , she always has a smile for her guests !! 10/10 , 5 stars !!

Only the noise from the church next door . Which is not that bad tbh and beyond the control of even the amazing Selna

Huge choice of shops, restaurants, and bars right on your doorstep, including the popular Boxpark and two large shopping centres. For a bit of green space, parks like Park Hill and Lloyd Park are nearby. Getting around is very convenient as East Croydon station is a short walk away, offering quick train links to central London and Gatwick Airport. The area is also well-connected by numerous bus and tram routes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been outstanding. They respond to any queries almost instantly, and every single issue I've raised has been fully resolved on the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A key tip for moving in: definitely remember to bring your own clothes hangers. For everything else, don't worry about having it all at once. There's a street just around the corner where you can easily find any kitchen essentials or other bits you need as you settle in.
