This is the perfect area location wise, with a DLR station around the corner and shops a stones throw away. The harbour is lovely to walk around and the area is very safe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the building work going on, however the properties are sound proof and you can hardly hear anything
What is the best feature of your home:
I love the furniture in the property and the kitchen and appliances are great and brand new!

Due to the development, the area feels very nice and secure and gives a community feeling. I love how we always have different events happening and its very inclusive for everyone.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Courtney and Pinky are always available and efficient to solve any problems and queries I have. I definitely love living here even more because of the two amazing staff members who I can rely on when needed.

Everything is perfect from the day we came for a viewing to 6 months in living here. Staff, cleanliness, security, flawless!

The building management team has been incredibly attentive and supportive, addressing any maintenance issues I've had with remarkable efficiency. A special shout-out goes to Paul from the maintenance team, whose professionalism and efficiency are truly commendable. His willingness to assist, regardless of the issue, has been invaluable. His team's prompt response to requests, including on weekends, stands as a testament to their dedication to ensuring resident comfort and satisfaction. If I had known one thing before moving in, it would be just how efficient and helpful the maintenance team truly is. This has been one of the pleasant surprises of living in this development, and knowing this beforehand would have made me more eager to move in sooner. The maintenance team's responsiveness and professionalism have consistently exceeded my expectations. From minor fixes to more complex issues, their ability to address concerns swiftly through the online portal has been incredibly reassuring. The fact that they are available and responsive even on weekends is a testament to their dedication to resident comfort and satisfaction. The building management is also commendable for their organization of community events, which foster a strong sense of community among residents. The security team is dedicated and always friendly, contributing to a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
