The street is generally quiet and safe, with regular bin collections and minimal traffic noise. Parking can be limited at peak times, but overall, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to live.

If I had known one thing before moving in, it would be just how efficient and helpful the maintenance team truly is. This has been one of the pleasant surprises of living in this development, and knowing this beforehand would have made me more eager to move in sooner. The maintenance team's responsiveness and professionalism have consistently exceeded my expectations. From minor fixes to more complex issues, their ability to address concerns swiftly through the online portal has been incredibly reassuring. The fact that they are available and responsive even on weekends is a testament to their dedication to resident comfort and satisfaction. The building management is also commendable for their organization of community events, which foster a strong sense of community among residents. The security team is dedicated and always friendly, contributing to a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

It is a nice area to live in. There are Morrisons, Lidl, McDonalds, Starbucks nearby. Basically you could get all your daily necessities by just going downstairs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have just raised a ticket with regards to a few problems we face with the bathroom. The maintenance team and Paul who attended to my ticket were amazing. Paul reached out to myself literally first thing in the morning after I raised the request and confirm a time that works for me. He was well prepared with the tools he needed to fix my issues. He is skilled, experienced, and most importantly very willing to help. He solved all my problems perfectly and I highly appreciate the his professionalism.

The support from the management team and maintenance team in this building is really good. It does make living here so much easier.

Station is really close and good connected. Area is nice and has many stores and grocery shops. Traffic noise not a big issue for me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded in really short notice and booked repair appointment the next day. Paul who came to fix our leaking was super polite and friendly and he did job really well and quick, with fixing any additional things we reported.
