Hi Jules, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying not only the space within your apartment but are also making the most of the communal arears that we have at The Holloway. We are excited for the launch of our Phase Two where residents will be able to enjoy even more amenity space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local access to the City centre means a lot of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, with the train station 10 minutes away for longer distances ,or plenty of busses also available nearby. There are multiple gyms as close as 1 minute walk away. Traffic is relatively busy which would make regular driving more difficult, but it won't be heard when inside due to good noise proofing. It is easiest to walk to most places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not applicable as I have not raised any issues at this time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check your postcode as the postcode for the flat and for APO may be slightly different. This will help when you set up bills .
Manager response
Hi Liam, Thank you so much for leaving us this 5* review. We agree that one of the big benefits of living at The Holloway is it's central location and great transport links. Glad to hear that you have found the team to be helpful and that you are enjoying making use of our Renz box system for your parcels. Thanks again.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Hayes, especially at Gatefold Buildings, offers a great balance of convenience and lifestyle. There’s a good range of shops, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, with high street brands and local options all within walking distance. Open spaces like Minet Country Park are close by, offering green relief. Transport links are excellent – Hayes & Harlington station (Elizabeth Line) is just a short walk away, making commuting into Central London quick and easy. The street is generally quiet, with regular bin collections and decent parking availability. It’s a safe, well-connected area with a growing community feel and very little anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and polite, addressing queries promptly and keeping residents informed of updates.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In summer, the rooftop terrace occasionally attracts non-residents, especially on warmer weekends. It’s worth checking with management about access controls. Also, one of the two lifts may be under maintenance at times, so if you’re on a higher floor, be prepared for occasional delays.
