Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vibrant area with great transport links. Lots of great independent restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Southwark does an average job at maintaining the cleanliness of the streets are area. At times lots of noise and interesting character loitering around due to the proximity to the police station. Social housing tenents as a whole do not respect the communal areas and lots of rubbish and things are dumped outside their communal bin store.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Communal spaces are shared with council housing residents who don't all have the same respect for the spaces.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location, size of the flat, storage, and views.

Living in Cumberwell is great it’s very well connected. It’s very easy to get into town on the bus only 20 minutes to Waterloo about 15 minutes to elephant and Castle and there are lots of shops and it’s a lovely neighbourhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows flip over so you can clean the outside when you’re inside.

What is the best feature of your home:

Wooden floors, big windows large balcony, underfloor heating, warm.

Good range, close to public transpor. Feels a sense of community and close to supermarkets, schools and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but at times not in a timely manner. Would be great to have more presence when needed.

That the front porch isnt a private land but is communal.

Location and size especially compared to similar properties

Explore the Bolney Meadow area. So many hidden qualities.

My flat.is like the Dotor Who tardis "appears small on the outside but ver spacious on the inside'.

It is a lovely area but sometimes it doesnt feel safe due to always sirens going off or i have experienced police chase in the area multiplw times.

Not much loojing at the area tell you everything you need to know.

Best feature us the view and the privacy aspect of the whole complex
