All of the amenities are quite nice and convenient. Sometimes there’s a lot of trash flying about out from or the water pond is not clean but overall is good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite well - we’ve had vitality make horrible sounds but they resolved it fast

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

1 minute walk away from Chelmsford train station which makes commuting to work/London easy. This also is good as if out late being 1 minute away makes me feel much safer, especially as it is lit up on the walk from the station to flats. There are many shops for food, clothing etc all 5 minutes walk. Lots of activities available such as cinema, bowling and ninja warrior which makes it good for a range of ages. Small tesco and co op are only a stone throw away so if you need anything easy to grab bits and bobs. Soo many pubs and restaurants makes an ideal area to meet friends or date nights. There is a gym a minute walk away that gives you a discount when live here. There are a few people that hang around the development drinking alcohol and that however, they don’t bother anyone and usually keep to themselves. Any antisocial behaviour is usually moved on by our security/concierge. Bins are always collected. I would note though homelessness seems to be an issue in the areas so there are a few people on the streets. Any rubbish is cleaned away by the next day by our cleaners too, which makes the area look overall nice and clean. Being so close to the city centre you would imagine it being really loud, however with the windows closed it’s really not too bad. Only negative thing would be parking. However this seems to be a Chelmsford issue. We pay £75 or £100 a month for our designated parking space which is under the development which means it is secure which is of course good. However, there are no spaces for visitors so they have to go elsewhere and pay extortionate prices to park their cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only issue we had was our freezer went off and on due to overheating whilst on holiday and they sent an engineer round the following week once we notified them when we got back to the flat. Nothing could be done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice area, easy to commute to work and lots of entertainment. Homeless issue within town centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing, the security of the parking is another factor that makes living here worthwhile. Having the train station so close is a bonus, and there is low anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the balcony door was broken and building management managed to sort out a repair.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How loud the trains can be, sales agent lied to us about the noise. Would have been nice to know that we need to top up the hot water.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Can be noisy right by the night life and station however all in all sound proofing pretty good. Also it’s a trade off as a great option for getting to station and quickly onto main roads

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Agata is alawsys very swift to respond and will point us in the right direction of relevant repair service etc when required

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

before moving in, it would’ve been great to know the moving in process and parking options. It was a stressful day and awkward moving in between fob access doors/ no option to lock the lift for resident move in during a short period

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great quality of local shops, restaurants and other amenities within 5 minutes walking distance from the development. The development is quite literally a stones throw away from the local train station, door to door getting into London is roughly 25-30 minutes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had a few issue appear in the last few years, when something does break or go wrong, building management are generally very quickly to get things sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The waitlist for parking, and no EV charging stations in the development.
