The street is quiet and safe. All the essential shops and services are near. Good transport and the shopping centre is not too far. All schools around are very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

She tried to help but feels like she can't do much.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know that it's impossible to get rid of dirty or unnecessary stuff (like sofa) after moving in.

Its very well located , all the shops are very close by, transport, tube, and stadium. Also the surrounds are very peaceful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response, no more than 24 h to reply and also maintenance team very polite

I can’t complain about anything. I havent had any issues

The location really works- its walking distance to South Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line), and a range of bars, restaurants and convenience shops. Plus, Gunnersbury Park is right on your doorstep, offering easy access to beautiful parks and green spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had a great experience working with Folio and my property manager Yasmin. She always handles maintenance issues promptly and responds to my queries quickly which gives me a real peace of mind. Communication is clear, so i always know what to expect next. The communal areas in the development are well maintained. creating a pleasant living experience. I really appreciate the professionalism and reliability- highly recommend.

There isn't anything to be completely honest. The fact that we have been tenants for several years shows that we areehappy with Sterling Place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area with plenty of amenities, a little cut off from the rest of Ealing, relatively peaceful noise-wise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow to action. When investigated by contractors, often nothing gets done. It takes way too much effort to get basic maintenance work done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the leak in our shower. It would have indicated that there was a deeper lack of genuine inspections and care taken.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is the perfect mix of city amenities and suburban quiet, big green spaces, and quick tube links to central London. Our street is quiet and tucked away from the main road enough to hear parakeets in the morning instead of loud traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is sometimes slow to respond and slower to act but all problems raised have always eventually been managed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walk from the station isn't nearly as far as it looks on a map, and in the summer it's actually a lovely walk.
