Fantastic place to stay, everything nearby such as Bus station, Metropolitan line, Harrow recreation ground and Morrisons

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been keeping a track of all the complaints raised online

Nothing major, would just recommend you to go through your research of the area

Security wise its good , location as well When ever we submit things to be fixed like a lamp request one took a month to be fixed and when they came they didnt even have the proper equipment to fix it so it took another week

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have after sending emails to them and calling since we couldnt get a reply

Nothing honestly bad , i like the property and surroundings

Morrison and park behind is biggest advantage. Parking is a headache, no Kids specific area and unclean development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fine not very good. They always say to report on portal and it’s very time taking and every issue has to be monitored differently. We do not have so much of time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Viewing was very quick couldnot explore much because person told us we don’t show to many people the property goes in one day so hurry your descision.

Personally, I feel like home here. The location is quite central, centre for the Harrow borough i would say.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they always respond promptly. And even when I had mould issues couple of times they immediately attended to it.

Well, make sure to view the property before and you like it well.

Its a great locality and everything is at a touching distance. Morrisons is right across the street, big park behind the building, bus stand and rail station is nearby and the biggest benefit of town center within a walking distance with ample restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very quick and swift, but the vendors they have contracted for repair services are either slow or not efficient such as heating vendor, ventillation etc.

That furniture cannot be changed even if it is damaged or has an old upholstery.
