Vibrant area with great transport links. Lots of great independent restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Southwark does an average job at maintaining the cleanliness of the streets are area. At times lots of noise and interesting character loitering around due to the proximity to the police station. Social housing tenents as a whole do not respect the communal areas and lots of rubbish and things are dumped outside their communal bin store.

Communal spaces are shared with council housing residents who don't all have the same respect for the spaces.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location, size of the flat, storage, and views.

Excellent location, the area is extremely vibrant with lots of options for shopping, food, and socialisation. Parking isn't the best since the new rules have been introduced, the gov has been extremely unclear on the options for residents.

How much the service charge would increase even thought the services haven't increased.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony is great, however people throw very loud parties in the communal gardens and it's extremely irritating.

The flat is lovely and the neighbours are great, but NHG are awful. I hope they won't be in charge of the block forever.

I wish I'd negotiated the price down. It was sold at an inflated value and I'm likley to make a loss on it

What is the best feature of your home:

A. The flat itself, I.e. everything other than NHG.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is amazing. 5 mins from the station which is well connected with the Windrush line and trains to London Bridge. Excellent coffee shops, bars and green spaces nearby. Parking isn’t great but not an issue with foot transport links.

Hidden costs!! Light to rooms is restricted if you have a balcony overhead

What is the best feature of your home:

The community and the location. Rooms are spacious. Good storage cupboards.

Transport is great, shops could be better, bin collections are a nightmare, loads of anti-social behavior, Bad Management from Notting Hill Genesis.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bad quality of the customer service from NHG and the bad quality of the flat ie doors windows and very bad plumbing.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature are our neighbours group we we look out for each other better than NHG
