Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Facilities: poor, bin rooms terrible, parking poorly maintained. Buildings are shoddily built with bits falling off internally (plaster) and the heating hasn’t worked properly very often - we have had a lot of issues with the boiler and central system . Doors and lifts badly managed. Management: poor, no improvement. Emails not responded to, action is slow if at all…

If i had known About the bad management I would not have moved into my property.

What is the best feature of your home:

The neighbours and the people in our block are great

Peckham is great, no complaints. Parking not an issue, public transport links are excellent.

To have low expectations of NHG.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Queens Road Peckham is a great place to live. There is good proximity to green spaces, the local economy is doing well with new shops, amenities, restaruants opening regularly. The transport links are best for those that like to avoid the underground. There are trains directly into central London, and the overground to take you from Clapham to east London. Buses are plentiful and frequent, however with the massive developments being carried out on the Old Kent Road, transport is becoming busier. New homes are being built, with little additional infrastructure and so caveat emptor. Overall, there is community feel in this pocket of South East London. Much better than the commercialised and commodified east.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The relative poor build quality and how quick certain things would break. The service charged has already doubled, and will no doubt continue to jump upwards. It was not built to last, but built to tinker with - jobs for the boys to keep it repaired.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views across London from our East and West facing balconies which allows sunshine and light into the building.

Queens Road Station is 5 mins away providing excellent transport to Central London and beyond Anti-Social Behaviour, sadly plagued with drug dealers and drug takers Parking is via permits, but you'll never get a space so not worth having a car

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a look around the area, make sure to speak with neighbours and people who live in the area, before looking to move here

What is the best feature of your home:

Its a large spacious flat for a 1 bedroom , compared to other 1 bedroom flats
