Local area is the best part of this build. Excellent location. Transport links, bars and restaurant. Parking was good but since moving they have implemented parking permits. However a permit is still cheaper than parking that comes with the flats.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That nhg have a reputation for poor customer service and over charging

What is the best feature of your home:

Good storage space Quiet Quality of white goods is good.

Lovely house, great area, feeble management.

Location is excellent, we’re close to two stations and lots of buses. Two huge lovely parks also close, and the local streets are lovely. Resident parking only on streets but we have a garage in our block thankfully.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To inspect the property properly for snags with a NHG agent when/before we moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Large room sizes, big windows, communal garden is lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vibrant area with great transport links. Lots of great independent restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Southwark does an average job at maintaining the cleanliness of the streets are area. At times lots of noise and interesting character loitering around due to the proximity to the police station. Social housing tenents as a whole do not respect the communal areas and lots of rubbish and things are dumped outside their communal bin store.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Communal spaces are shared with council housing residents who don't all have the same respect for the spaces.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location, size of the flat, storage, and views.

Not great property management of the buildings.

Excellent location, the area is extremely vibrant with lots of options for shopping, food, and socialisation. Parking isn't the best since the new rules have been introduced, the gov has been extremely unclear on the options for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much the service charge would increase even thought the services haven't increased.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony is great, however people throw very loud parties in the communal gardens and it's extremely irritating.
