The area is lovely, a few necessary shops and a nice pub. Walthamstow wetlands around the corner and close to transport links

Please review your development:

The flats are all designed well and we have had limited issues with the building itself, it is just becoming increasingly expensive to live here. Rent has gone up massively when no improvements have been made to the building to justify this which is a shame

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s nice to have a free gym but it’s very small and if more than two people are in there it becomes impossible to use

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they respond to us pretty quickly and normally resolve the problem

The area is still developing – not a lot to do around like pubs, restaurants etc. Good transport links.

Please review your development:

Building, property and management are good. Also facilities – well maintained common areas, kept clean everyday. I don’t like the fact that the stairs are still in an “under construction” vibes. The area could be dangerous – but security provided by the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Facing the Wetlands means having a balcony full of insects

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite fast response – long timings for repairs and for fixing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t open the window at night or lots of insects would come indoor, especially on the lower floors
