Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has some great things nearby, with brilliant local restaurants, good pubs and plenty of shops. Seven Sister has its challenges, but it's a vibrant and diverse community that brings a lot of life to the area. Being on the Victoria line and overground makes travel very easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the past 12 months, it has been very good. We had a dishwasher issue, and it was investigated and replaced pretty quickly. In the past, I feel this process would have gone on longer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The post room could have been better designed considering the amount of tenants. It's regularly over filled and packages tend to be hard to find or in the wrong place. Also, the bike storage at Juniper has become a bit of a mess with people dumping bikes and buggies. I hope they find a solution to this soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Got the big Tesco right there which is great for convenience. West Green Road is brilliant for food some real good African and Caribbean spots, not just the generic chains. Seven Sisters Station is literally on the doorstep (Overground and Victoria Line), which is so useful for the commute. Lime bikes everywhere if you need a quick trip. I can run straight to Clissold and Finsbury Park which is nice. It can be noisy with sirens, bit of crackhead activity but nothing worse than elsewhere and it doesn't really affect day-to-day living. Only real downside is there's no decent local pub nearby, that's a shame.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team here is responsive. When you flag something, they actually sort it rather than making you chase them. Both Brunilda and the security staff are helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No decent pub within walking distance. That's worth knowing going in. But the restaurants on West Green Road make up for it

Amazing development which is less than a minute walk away from the tube station. You can pretty much reach all the important places in london in under

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have gone out of their way to get things repaired. They are on it from the moment a complain is raised and will make sure it's done perfectly well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They have flats facing all four directions so it would have been good to know if flats with better views were available.

The area is great very multicultural, easily accessible shops and facilities, fantastic public transport

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently, any issues has been resolved

None, I didn't have any difficulties and I wouldn't do anything differently

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The underground is just across the street. 15 minutes to central London. Big Tesco supermarket 5 minutes walk. Lots of buses. Area on the poor side with some shady faces around but also multicultural community. Building is very safe and especially lately I noticed more policing in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reporting is easy through an app and any issues since I moved in 4 years ago have been dealt with swiftly.

Everyone visiting our home comments on how big and beautiful our bathroom is and how big the storage is.
