North East England

North East England is a region of contrasts. Wild, rugged landscapes dominate the north of this corner of England, while the south is more widely populated, with major cities and arable land. In the north of the region, Northumberland sits on the border with Scotland. It’s the least populated ceremonial county in England and has a culture closer to the Scottish Lowlands than England. To the south, the local identity is shaped by the cities: Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham and Sunderland, along with key towns such as Middlesbrough, Gateshead and Darlington.

Good and affordable

The area is safe and quiet. There is a big ASDA right next to it and transport is great as metro and bus station is 5 minutes away.

Please review your development:

The apartments are well made and quite fairly priced. The only issue would be the heating system as it costs a lot of energy and is inefficient. The management of the building is great and communication is quite easy. Everything is getting fixed quick and with no issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They are building a new set of apartments right next to the Northumbria house building. It is quite loud in the week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With no issue and quickly. Every issue raised is addressed in max two weeks. Any critical issues are resolved instantly.

Really close to train station, you can make it from the front door to platform in under 10 minutes if you are quick enough.

Please review your development:

Really well located private accomodation with an emphasis on design. Many “little touches” are added such as the heated bathroom mirror that wouldn’t be missed if it was omitted but makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
On-site gym is free for use and never too busy and the proprerty management are *almost* always available when you need the,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some flats are at the top of the elevator but aren’t top floor flats.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything starts with a conversation and it is resolved by management when possible

Close to train station and quayside. Not lots of parking local and the parking is more expensive however you pay for the location as we are very close to town and amenities. We are very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Please review your development:

We really like the design of the entire building, it is neutral and modern. The apartments are spacious, modern and offer good value for money. There is an on-site gym which saves you paying for a separate membership. The building is managed well. If you have any issues, they are resolved quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are modern and spacious but offer little bench space in the kitchen so do not bring too many appliances.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have resolved any issues quickly and carefully.
