Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has lots of amenities- Aldi, a very good local doctors and there are lots of local events in the near area for young children (hetton carnival).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had no issues with management issues to date

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The inaccuracy of gas reading, it’s taking a lot of time to get accurate readings on the meters so worrying about over paying

They have been really quick every time we had an issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range of shops, takeaways and pubs all around. It is a very peaceful and quiet area with no disturbance and lots of transport availability. Lots of buses and easy to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far we have had no issues to raise however any questions or help has been listened to and answered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known that our move in date was only 2 weeks after viewing the property as we were away at the same time which had made the move slightly stressful. While we wish we had known the staff managed to work around it and alter our moving date for us to give us enough time. Great customer service and really helpful and lovely staff.

Manager response

Hi Julia, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoy the spacious, light, and well-designed bungalow, along with the parking, garden, and convenient location. We’re glad that our team was able to accommodate your move-in date and make the process easier for you. It’s wonderful to hear that our staff have been helpful and responsive to any questions or support you’ve needed so far. We look forward to continuing to provide a positive living experience for you and are pleased that you would recommend us.
