Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The city co-living building is close to the river and many delightful coffee shops like the Knead bakery.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problem in the building is attached to the app and it’s solved as quickly as possible

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great building! Great studio! Great view!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is plenty of shops and the restaurants are so close you can order collection from the best spots. The convenience of the transport is amazing. The street is quiet and I don’t have to worry about bins. There is some traffic noise but the window being closed blocks out this sound which is perfect. I love it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great they have been so so helpful and have responded to any problems and made it very accessible to get help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the plugs on the kitchen counter are too far down and are a bit useless that’s the only bit I don’t like.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Limited shops, but essentials are there. Some pubs in the close vicinity. Nice open spaces and nature in the surroundings. Public transport available. Limited parking availability. No traffic noise (only the occasional plane flying over), very quiet and tranquil neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always responded very promptly and efficiently on issues that we raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The app makes communication with the landlord very nice. Neighbours are friendly. Nice home.

Yes, they have been very helpful in addressing things that need repairing or Wi-Fi issues.
