Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The facilities offered are great gym, a relaxing lounge area, well-maintained recreational spaces. The common areas are clean and inviting. No traffic noise and local to main train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is always available to help and assist you .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. Everything was accessible through the app

Good location if need to be in town centre, overpriced for what it is, but is a 'luxury' apartment build

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is brilliant, ten min walk from train station, and into town centre, quiet area, parking not provided and parking options nearby are expensive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When there is a member of reception there it's brilliant, what baffles me is how there can be 2 full time members of staff working there during the day and at night there are periods of un-manned hours (unless the security guard has gone for a wander or a break?), guess that's where most of my rent goes ;)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The train tracks are quite loud if you're not used to background noise whilst trying to sleep, one beds are available and flats with balconies, it gets very very hot in the flat during summer and cold during winter thanks to the massive floor to ceiling windows

The forge has great city centre access and quayside access

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The forge has great city centre access and quayside access. The train station will soon have a new entrance which will massively boost the accessibility of the forge. The only 2 downsides include the land west of the forge being largely undeveloped and barren and it's location on a hillside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded very quickly with little to no issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of sunlight and privacy provided in some rooms.

A great place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best things about living here are: - train station and bus stations are short walkable distance - you are located really close to the Quayside which is perfect for walks, running and beautiful views - the closest shop with food is just few minutes walk so if you run out of something you don't have to wait for your food to be delivered or travel far to the shops -you are close to cafes, restaurants and to the city centre in general -whilst located in the city centre, the area itself is not that busy. Some bad aspects that come to my mind are: - you can hear the trains and metro all day everyday as it's very close to both of these - parking not available within the development so that may prevent some from getting a car. - traffic noise - you do run into weird people from time to time but you can't avoid that when you live in a city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems were considered and resolved accordingly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing that comes to my mind is that I wish we knew the flats can get really cold throughout the winter so you have to be prepared to spend a lot on heating.

Perfect living space

Giorgia (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is very close to the city center and the river, where lots of restaurants and bars are. The train and metro station is 5 minutes walking distance from the place. There is no noise in the area and no antisocial behaviour has ever been conducted.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always super responsive to any queries and available to deal with all kinds of issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is close to the river, and the way to the city centre is up hill.
