It’s a very quiet area and not much goes on parking is always available and the bins get emptied right on schedule

Just moved in and I love it the space I have in the property is fantastic and the level of the finish is great! Value for money spot on! Love it

The area is a redevelopment, placefirst have turned the area from a run down area to a nice area, areas close by are still a bit rough.

Please review your development:

There have been issues with the house as with all houses but Placefirst have been quick to fix them, sometimes the contractors they use let them down. They have a dedicated area manager who gives his contact details. They have dedicated maintenance teams.

In my street we have our own community watch that was started by residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly in most circumstances but once the work was poor, so they got someone else in to fix it.

Management

The property is located within walking distance of many amenities such as convenience stores, barbers and transport links. There’s an abundance of parking available so no worries there. The area is peaceful majority of the time, can be a tad loud when there is heavy traffic as it is close to a main road but not a huge issue. Since the bins are kept in a small areas just outside the garden you don’t even have to remember to take the bins out.
