The people who live at these developments are great! It's situated great in the woods which is nice for when you have a child and want pease after work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They haven't really resolved my issues to be honest. We are still waiting for the broken fridge drawers to be replaced.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we had to purchase a new bin before moving in because we had to store the rubbish for a while in the garage

Hi Danii, Thank you for your feedback - we are really pleased to hear you love the local area and your home. The ordering of bins works differently by council/area. If a resident is required to order their bins then this can only happen once they are living at the property unfortunately. As we cannot identify you via the information Home Views shares with us I cannot look in to the timings of your fridge doors, however this should be a non-urgent repair which means this should get resolved within a 30 day timeframe. We hope this helps!

We love our area due to it being lovely and quiet. Don’t use public transport so ideal being in an area which is a little bit out the way. Street is fantastic and lovely neighbours. Parking situation isn’t great as sometimes not a turning point. No traffic noises lovely and quiet, best area we have lived on
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes we had not received a velux pole when we moved in. This was sorted within days.

We wish we had known about the service charge for Siskin park

Could do with another local shop on our side and maybe a other bar or resturant would also be amazing on our side But our street is amazing and the area is class

Well kept neighbourhood with a shop and pub near by. Good transport links, inbetween a19 and a1. Shopping centres close by and large supermarkets

Online portal shows status of our request and updates on when bookings for fixing have been made

Major problem with bin storage, drainage in gardens and the grass/turf in gardens. Sad excuse for communal garden.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Only one minor issue resolved. Still waiting on others with no updates/resolution.

Poorly designed for bins and collection. Could have had a bigger garden and more parking but wasnt given the choice.
