Very good location near manor walks shopping centre. Good bin collection. Parking is difficult when family/friends come to visit. Never encountered any anti social behaviour.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no on bins on the estate. When I go for a walk there is a lot of dog mess.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love everything, nice and warm in the winter and heats up very quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location, plenty of local amenities. Quiet for the most part - the main path going up the side of estate is sometimes quite loud with ebikes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Walk around the area as much as possible to really get to know where you live. We find different walking routes and things in the community every time we go out with our dog.

What is the best feature of your home:

Double fronted stone house - we are very happy with our house and would love to purchase in future.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is really convenient, with the local retail park around a 10-15 minute walk away which offers a good selection of shops and amenities. The train station is also around a 10-15 minute walk away, which is useful to get into Newcastle. Easy access to the A1 which makes it convenient when commuting. Overall, the area is closely connected and a good distance from local amenities. The main downside is parking, as the roads can be quite narrow there is a need for more parking spaces in the area to reduce the number of cars parking either fully on the pavement or at junctions and on corners.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we would have known that bins would not have been at the property at the time we moved in, we had to order these from the council and were told we would be reimbursed promptly. We had to wait several months to receive the funds back after many email and call attempts. (This was under Lomond)

What is the best feature of your home:

Good sized kitchen and living rooms, manageable garden size.

The estate is a 10 minute walk away from cramlington town centre with shops and restaurants. There is no local transport link on the estate but it is a 10 minute walk to the train station

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The monthly rent is quite high but seen as this was a new build when we moved in we accepted the price, if the rent was to rise again we would think about moving.

What is the best feature of your home:

The modern en-suite in our bedroom is now something that we wouldn’t want to go without!

Excellent access. Parking brilliant with available extra parking for guests. Environmentally supported by solar panels.

I wish id check other property pricing as there is inconsistency in pricing .

Modern all new up to date details. Economically efficient and super insulated thus very warm in winter
