Ideally positioned close to a local shopping centre and schools. Also within walking distance to a lovely open space and bar and restaurants

Always pick up the phone straight away for any issues that you have as they are dealt woth swiftly
What is the best feature of your home:
The kitchen/dining area is big enough to really have people around and for you to feel comfortable and not squashed together which is important for me

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local shopping is close by and easy to access, it has various shops to cover your day to day needs. There is little restaurant and bars in the area, travel is required further afield to access more. Lots of available parking, bins are collected on the dates advised. There is some, but minimal anti-social behaviour from neighbouring estate children. No traffic noise.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
- The estate is still a building site so your car, windows etc can get very dirty a lot quicker. There is some lovely small business window cleaning services in the area though. - The roads are not finished with it being a building site, be cautious when driving into the estate, do not speed to avoid damage to your car or stones flicking up from the road.
What is the best feature of your home:
The kitchen with the double doors opening into the garden. We love it and so does our little pup!

There has been multiple issues since moving in, the family bathroom has no got water + cracks appearing all around the house.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise pollution from construction, bins information, council tax information,.
What is the best feature of your home:
I think it would be the fact that it’s a new build.

We are very close to local shops, the street is quite quiet apart from when the builders are going back and forth , they have been recently starting to work with machines from 6:45am, and I do find that annoying, the roads are awful full of pot holes though so I’m hoping this is fixed once the houses are all up
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can’t really say as we viewed the property numerous times and we fell in love with it.
What is the best feature of your home:
The location, the size is perfect for me and my partner and our dog. The garden is lovely although the grass is dying and we’re trying to treat it.

Very handy as close to the shops about a 30 minute walk. A few local parks nearby albeit not the best parks.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We dont particularly like the parking, if we were to have known just how tight it was we wouldnt have moved here. Especially with kids playing around your cars.
What is the best feature of your home:
We like the kitchen dinning area. Its really bright and open and the room we spend most our time in
