We love the local area. We're a short drive away from a lot of amenities, however being right next to Gedling makes it feels like we're nicely tucked away in the peaceful countryside.

I can't think of anything sorry - I feel like we got the answers to everything we needed to know

What is the best feature of your home:

The modern design and finish of the house is really nice, but we also love the solar panels.

The area is very close to local shops. Most of the shops that we need are just a mile away. Area is in a quite pocket of Bradford

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised so far but have been provided the reassurance of quick response of any issues arise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking space is the small bit, given it’s a semi detached and the mere are three parking spaces which might make it a bit tricky but all good with parking on the road

The estate is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. Local supermarkets are all within 7 mins drive.

I wish I’d mentally prepared for how difficult moving is! Especially with children 😂

What is the best feature of your home:

Garden, open plan living area, garage, modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Everything is really close by and so easily accessible, love that it's a straight road into the rest of Notts eg Mapperley top and Sherwood. So there's so many options of Dr's, dentists, schools, take out and bus routes into town etc. Community seems nice, our little cul de sac is very well placed and quiet. Safe for the kids to play out. Love the park on the estate too and moving in has been relatively straight forward changing suppliers etc. Only downside is there's no corner shop right next to the estate so you have to drive 5 mins for a shop but otherwise perfect!

Can't find my general waste bin or my water meter. Would love to know where they are and what day is my bin day.

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature is the top floor 3rd bedroom, theres so much space and amazing wardrobe space!
