Meadow Hill is a beautiful estate, with lovely walks and perfect links to the A69 for travelling to Newcastle or Hexham. Good local shops etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've had a few teething problems with our hot water etc at the house but Joe and Rebecca have been really helpful and super responsive getting things sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe information on the broadband supplier to the house would of been helpful but other than that I can't suggest anything

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's quiet and close to the Manor walk shopping centre. The estate layout is great and I have no issues to report.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had any maintenance issues as of yet but know I can report issues to Lloyds via the app if needed and have discussed some points on my inspection visit.

No concerns, I am happy overall with the property and the estate. I feel all relevant information was provided to me before the move in appointment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We spent a good few weeks looking around several local areas before choosing to live in Costhorpe, it has a great route for our work place, our son's school is still close enough to commute to but the local parks and facilities are brilliant, our son's particularly love the local football pitches. We have a lovely quiet street to live on, we met our neighbours whilst moving in and everyone seemed friendly, the parking is really good for 2 cars, we're still getting used to a change in what goes in which bin as we've changed local council but we're getting there. When we first moved in the main road A60 was being resurfaced so the roads were closed in the evening until early morning and whilst this caused a slight inconvenience for my early commute to work we now have super smooth roads with zero potholes in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've not really had many issues but when we have contacted them everything has been dealt with efficiently.

When bin day is and where to place your full bin, using or turning off the EV charger.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet complex separate from hustle and bustle. Very near to greenery for outdoor activities at Langold Lake. Bit distant for big supermarkets and other facilities like gyms.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nightmare for email responses/phone calls but Adam was amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Postcode not yet on maps so can make it difficult for deliveries. Also have to get your own council bins when the property was empty for long enough for this to be sorted beforehand.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local to work, nice homes nice a quiet area and not to busy. Good for commuting due to close motorway link

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just moved in so not experienced any yet Taylor and Shivani explained how to use the house and did the walk through
