I would highly recommend Awais for his excellent service and professionalism. He showed us the house we wanted to rent and was incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. Once we were accepted, he personally made sure we received the keys and that everything was in order. Awais genuinely went the extra mile to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was helpful, responsive, and made us feel well looked after from start to finish. His hard work and dedication definitely deserve recognition — and in my opinion, a bonus! The estate is lovely, road isn’t quite finished yet but they are still building so I expect this will follow shortly after so it’s not ruined by construction traffic

All issues have been actioned same day and assigned contractors

How awkward energy companies are with setting up solar panels- aside from that Awais covered everything and was very thorough

It is a new development, which means all the houses are new built with everything in them that’s why I like the area so much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I tried to call them raising a question about anything through the referencing process they were very professional and helpful

I wish I moved in sooner 😁 we moved in yesterday and I’m already in love with the property

The property is within walking distance to an Aldi and close to Northampton town centre. There is a bus stop across the road and taxis are easily available.

Happy with everything, shivani was great and explained everything on viewing and move in

What is the best feature of your home:

My favourite features are the spacious garden, the parking and the garage.

The estate is in a lovely, quiet area with shops and schools nearby, making it very convenient. It's a great location for families and offers a peaceful environment to live in.
