Local shops are easily accessible Transport is easily accessible The neighbours are quiet No anti social behaviour Parking is a pain from the neighbourhood management team- they litter the roads Bin collections are fine and collected if your very careful with recycling- often see people's bins not emptied because they haven't properly recycled Very rare there is traffic noise There is factory noise however

Check bin collection yourself as nothing provided when you move in

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the strange layout and that all the houses come with an EV charger

I've lived in this house for nearly 2 years now, and I absolutely love it.The local area has a great mix of shops, restaurants, and bars. There's a lovely high street nearby with a range of independent boutiques, cafes, and eateries. The nearby park is a gem, perfect for walks and relaxation. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses and a train station within a reachable distance. However, you have to walk a distance for bus station which can be frustrating. Living on my street is generally peaceful. We have got private Parking available, and bin collections are reliable. The neighbors are friendly, and anti social behavior is rare. Traffic noise is minimal, making it a comfortable home. Overall, I'd highly recommend this area to anyone looking for a vibrant community and easy access to amenities. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I feel lucky to call this place home.

The area has lots of local amenities only a short drive away. I would say that if you did not drive you may struggle with local transport links close by, but there is bus stops in walking distance. The area is quiet but there has been a rise in ASB with the park in the last 6 months with children shouting and swearing and dropping litter, this doesn’t cause an issue if you are not directly over looking the park but I am aware some local residents are getting upset by this and the police have been involved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have found the master bedroom with the en suite is very small once you get you bed inside. There is plenty of storage but not a lot of space to navigate.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the living room is spacious and big, I like that there’s a downstairs toilet as well.

Great transport links to motorways, local cities and towns with a great range of shops and local amenities. The estate is quiet with good park and very little anti social behaviour

Just how good the local amenities are and where to go to get a great bite to eat

That we have moved in not six months and it feels like we’ve formed a deep rooted home that we have lived in for years.
