Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects include: - Great location; close to the city centre and the train station - Great Management Co.; thanks to Lomond who deals with issues promptly - Great amenities; thanks to the shops, cafe’s, restaurants, supermarkets and health care facilities within walking distance - Generally very clean and the grounds are well maintained; thanks to Colin Bad aspects include: - Not security conscious - doors are constantly left open leading to damage. I would say bad habits come from tenants who are not conscientious and trades man/delivery people /post workers - Anti-social behaviour from youths and generally young adults not resident in the development. It tends to get worse during summer months - Transit residents seem to generally care less than long term residents when it comes to being a good neighbour - Parking Management by PCM is not great- there has been issues between car parking spaces and residents getting tickets leading to disputes. Now we have more amenities on site, we also get people parking carelessly such as blocking cars or parking on resident’s spaces etc. - No privacy; we get a lot of spectators/people coming to take pictures/seflies/sit around causing a nuisance. A private gated community would be more beneficial

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes- I recently had issues with the boiler and electricity connected to the oven which are being resolved. I reported the issues on fixflo and they were picked up swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking and security issues remain our main concerns

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The opening of the "Julia" shop has increased traffic. Despite barriers being put in to stop cars there are still too many motorbikes roaring up and down the private road at night. Where I live (115 Darlington House) cars park just before the newly installed barriers and there are people there late into the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Typically ok but I accept that the management have been reliant on contractors. Ive booked holiday in the past, most recently for the boiler service who failed to turn up or notify me of the delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No plans for electric car charging points to be installed. You would think with such a new development this would have been priced in and thought about.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is great, it’s close by to local amenities, but also far enough out to feel like you’re not in the city. Lots of green space and not too heavily polluted either traffic.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had realised how much dust would fly around with the development still being underway, it certainly makes your car dirty on a regular :)

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the size of it, for a 2 bedrooms property there is so much space and certainly doesn’t feel like a 2 bed, very well throughout design.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideally positioned close to a local shopping centre and schools. Also within walking distance to a lovely open space and bar and restaurants

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always pick up the phone straight away for any issues that you have as they are dealt woth swiftly

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen/dining area is big enough to really have people around and for you to feel comfortable and not squashed together which is important for me
