Everything is convenient and within distance eg road links shops bars etc Very quiet area plenty of parking on the property we chose no problems at all with bin collection etc

All the extras that cropped up last minute that wasn’t told about

What is the best feature of your home:

At the moment the view and just a beautiful house i can’t pinpoint it’s all best feature but overall how open and airy it is

Near my previous home, and family, my son’s school is round the corner. All family and friends are close by. Local pubs and restaurants are friendly and we know local people. They is plenty of shops, barbers etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems yet as just moving in We have been shown everything by shivani and understand how things work

No happy with everything and met all requirements really nice home

This house is a life changing opportunity for me and my daughter absolutely love it few snagging issues but nothing serious xxxx love it thank you Daniel Burkey has been incredible xx

Drugs on the corner of Trent drive and they have screaming kids but hey can’t have perfection can we xxx clearly they rent it and would hate to see what they are doing too it inside

Loving building but toilet is not supposed to be in the kitchen. Some bedrooms small space because of the roof design

The building management has been responsive and professional in addressing any issues raised. They communicate clearly, act promptly, and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.”

No key locks in the bedroom doors. The community is a village
