Location is good with the country park on your doorstep. Supermarkets are 10-15 minutes drive away and village seems nice. No traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were helpful and came back to us to discuss the issues

There is still building work going on so being aware they will be about during the week. They don’t cause disruption though.

Lovely location for me, close to Gedling country park and feels nicely tucked away but has easy links to the rest of Nottingham

There was a little confusion over ordering bins from the council - so a smoother process there would be helpful.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space and the light. I think the house has been very cleverly designed.

Very good location near manor walks shopping centre. Good bin collection. Parking is difficult when family/friends come to visit. Never encountered any anti social behaviour.

There are no on bins on the estate. When I go for a walk there is a lot of dog mess.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love everything, nice and warm in the winter and heats up very quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We relocated to the area when we moved onto the development, mainly for the transport links being close to Crewe provide for my job travelling around the UK. We love how close to open fields and countryside views we are, but yet everything is close by that we could need. The development is good for a new build, and has a lot fewer issues than similar developments. We are lucky to live in a quiet cul de sac, with only fields around us so the plot we have is really great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Previous management company weren’t great but Lloyds have been really responsive and gone out of their way to establish themselves as a supportive property management company.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That you have to buy the bins when you move into a new build property, so factor that into your moving costs.

Local shops are great but it would be a decent walk without a car- no open spaces within the estate itself

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any to raise, but if there were any issues, i have all the contact details needed and would find it easy to speak to Lloyds about any issues if necessary

Meeting the colleges from Lloyds today has been fantastic and a real relief to have Lloyds Living to be so easy to contact
